After which, it refines in bottles, in our cellars for at least 1 year before it is marketed.It’s a well-structured and elegant red wine, expressing itself at its best after 3-4 years of maturation.

Cortese is the Italian adjective meaning nice, polite, just like the wine made from this grape, which easily adapts to the climate and soil conditions of the areas where it is grown. Dry white wine made from native Sardinia grape varieties Vernaccia and Vermentino. An extremely elegant and original wine aged in small French oak barrels. It comes from the Valle del Tirso zone, the River Tirso Valley, in the north-eastern part of the isle. The name Terresinis is a picturesque territory of the Sinis penisula. In general Sardinia is assocciated with Vermentino, however in this zone has in its offer also equally good but less known Vernaccia. Delicate and at the same time well-structured, aromatic and rich. A wine that will certainly satisfy white wine lovers.

A dry red wine of the autochthonous Dolcetto grape variety of Piemonte. The name comes from the Italian word dolce, sweet, but it does not reffer to the variety of wine, because this is slightly dry. It was rather named after natural sweetnes of the Dolcetto grapes. As a result of its lightness this wine is especially enjoyed by the ladies, besides it goes well with almost every dish exept heavy meals.

Dry white wine made from native Sardinia grape Vermentino, from the zone of Gallura. The provinces of Olbia and Sassari in the north-eastern part of the island are characterized by mountainous areas and granite soils, big temperature differences between day and night. Therefore, the white Vermentino is well naturalized in such conditions and it‘s the only wine of Sardinia that was awarded DOCG status. Ugone III is the name of a famous Sardinian ruler, which went down in history as a brave defender of the island against the invasions of Aragonians. A dense, even oily Vermentino, delighting by colour, structure and aromas. A fine wine with sea food and also with white meats in sauce.

Dry red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Catelvetro is characterized by intense fruity-winey notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, this is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The secco or dry version is a classic of Lambrusco. The wine, light and pleasant to drink, goes well with the local cuisine of Modena as well with cured meats and fatty dishes like shank of veal or hand of pork.

A dry white wine from the autochthonous Lison grape variety of Veneto. The wine is one of the Venetian Tokai varieties that in the Lison Pramaggiore zone was already awarded DOC status in 1971. It recently has been awarded to the highest quality status and belongs to the DOCG wines - controlled designation of origin guaranteed. Lison represents the territory of its origin. Very ripe grapes undergo the careful process of vinification. The wine is fermented in contact with noble remains of grapes for six months. Lison in contrast to other white Venetian wines - light and fresh, is a well structured and full-bodied wine with a pleasant fruity note.
