A dry red wine of Puglia‘s native grapes, Negroamaro and Black Malvasia. The Riserva version of Copertino Rosso from the 2007 vintage is obtained from a special selection of grapes aged for two years in wood. The wine justifiably won the title

Color: very intense burgundy.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of blackberry, plum, blackcurrant, almond as the result of ageing, a hint of leather.
Flavor: warm, soft, elegant, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with meat-based dishes, also grilled meats.
Serving temperature: 18°C.
Alcohol content: 13%.
