A dry white wine of Passerina, Abruzzo‘s native grape. An indigenous monovarietal wine from the zone Colli Aprutini, located in the province of Teramo, in the north of the region along the coast of the Adriatic sea. With goldish reflections Passerina is an extremely pleasant and soft wine that delights by its delicateness as well as good structure.

A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese with the addition of Syrah. Tenuta La Gabbiola is the name of a vineyard where the grapes are grown organically using the minimum of chemicals. Clayey-sandy soils yield ripe grapes of Sangiovese and Syrah with a big aromatic potential. The harvest is done manually, after more than ten days of fermentation the young wine goes to 2500 litre oak casks, where it matures for more than one year. After such ageing the wine develops the whole wealth of aromas and flavors of excellent Chianti Classico maintaining the balance between delicate hints of wood and fresh fruit. Very good.

Dry white sparkling wine of the Chardonnay variety that belongs to the typology of Franciacorta. For the category ‘Pas Dose’ the yeast-aging period is 40 months. Medium-dry red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Castelvetro is characterized by intense winey and fruity notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, it is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The semisecco or medium-dry version is great match for the main course and desserts.
