A dry white wine made from an indigenous grape variety originating in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The vineyards of our producer Ornella are located very close to the border with the neighbouring region, which is why wine from this grape variety has been included in her range. It has a centuries-old tradition, was already known in the times of the Venetian Republic, and was written about by Bocaccio. Recently, Ribolla Gialla has been undergoing a kind of renaissance and is very popular in many local (and not only) wine bars, especially as an aperitif. It tastes great on a warm summer afternoon.

Il Garrulo Chianti Colli Senesi

Dry red wine made from the indigenous Tuscan Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano and Malvasia grape varieties. It is a traditional Chianti recipe, which, thanks to the addition of white grapes makes the wine soft and light. The name Garrulo is a bird that visits the Montenidoli vineyard. Chianti is a type of wine to drink on a daily basis, nicely seasoned.

Frappato

A dry red wine made from native Sicily grape Frappato.This grape was already famous in the XVII century. The classic zone of cultivation is located in the south-eastern Sicily. Frappato has an aroma of ripe fruits and enhances by freshness. An ideal accompaniment with many dishes, from starters to the main course. Not aged in wood.

Color: ruby red with purple reflections.
Aroma: fresh, fruity, notes of blueberry and blackberry.
Flavor: soft, harmonious, juicy.
Food matching: ideal for pasta sauce with eggplant and tomato, cured meats, pizza, and also fish with aromatic spices.

Chardonnay

A dry white wine from the Chardonnay grape. The limy-clay soils of the Lison Pramaggiore zone are favourable to cultivation of the grape variety that is popular and appreciated throughout the world. Chardonnay is scented with fresh and ripe fruits and is relatively low in acidity, because it was also fermented in contact with so called noble remains of grapes.

Aroma: distinct, pear and apple notes.

Food matching: best with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, delicate cheeses and fish.

Fratelli Bortolin

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Dry

A dry white sparkling wine made from native Veneto grape Glera. Extremely mild Prosecco in a Superiore Dry version with the sugar content at 25 gr/l. In the range of dry Proseccos this version tastes best with desserts and cakes. A pleasant aroma note and gentle, slightly pronounced sweet taste will please all the lovers of semi-sweet wines.

Color: straw yellow, shimmering.

Perlage: fine, numerous.

Aroma: fruity, citrus, lemon, cedar, acacia blossom, wisteria.

Flavor: crisp, long lingering aftertaste.

Food matching: perfect as an aperitif, and also as an elegant accompaniment with fish, cured meats, risottos with vegetable and fish.

Vinchio Vaglio Serra

Pancratium

Aromatized sweet wine. The special character of the wine results from the method of its production. To the grape must, obtained from Barbera grape, is added an appropriate amount of sugar and spices, including quinine, rhubarb, herbs. The name Pancratium refers to the name of the valley located between the towns of Vinchio and Vaglio, called San Pancratium - The Holy Pancrazio, who is the patron saint of winemakers associated in the cooperative. A distinctive wine, with an excellent flavor and depth, note of sweetness balances a winey bouquet typical of Barbera.

Vigne Sannite

Agostinella

Dry white wine of Campanian indigenous grape called Agostinella. Comes from vineyards located in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. No doubt this is an oenological curiosity on the wine map of Italy. This ancient grape variety has always been known to owners of vineyards located in the surroundings of Benevento and Castelvenere, but completely unknown for a wide mass of wine lovers. Only during the last few years was popularized and became a focus for ampelographers - experts in the field of origin and classification of grape varieties. Agostinella is a wine with rich aroma notes, soft and very pleasant to the palate.

Color: straw yellow with goldish reflections.
Aroma: complex, notes of ripe pear and white peach.
Flavor: soft, fresh.
Food matching: excellent with highly flavored dishes, white roast meats and oven-baked fish.

Azienda Agricola Luigi Giordano

Langhe Freisa

A dry red wine from the autochthonous Freisa variety of Piedmont.In the dialect freisa means freesia, or flower, characterized by purple - red color. Hence the wine was named after its colour. The mentions about this grape variety date back to the late XIX-th century, then the wine obtained from the Freisa grape was already well-known and apprieciated, especially in Piedmont. Freisa from our producer was aged in wooden barrels, next was subjected to the short fermentation process in a big tank called ‘autoclave‘ . Hence Freisa is characterized by a slightly sparkling flavor and freshness. This wine is an excellent companion to grassy meats and charcuterie. Freisa of the Langhe region is a dry wine as opposed to Freisa of the Monferrato zone.

Color: ruby red, intense, vivid.
Aroma: winey and fruity notes of cherries, blackberries and raspberries.
Flavor: rich, nicely seasoned.
Food matching: hors d‘oeuvres based on meats, cured meats, pasta dishes, fried dishes, Bagna Cauda sauce of Piedmont.

Castello di Meleto

Chianti Classico Vigna Casi Riserva

A dry red wine of the autochthonous Sangiovese variety with an addition of Merlot. The name ‘Vigna Casi’ refers to a vineyard situated in the hills up to 450 meters. The indication ‘Riserva’ means the long ageing period of wine, which is used only for the best vintages. The 2005 vintage in Tuscany was good, thus the producer decided to make ‘Riserva’. The wine was aged in the proportion 50 to 50 in Slovenian oak barrels for 18 months and in French oak barriques (225l) for another 12 months, than was matured in bottle for another one year. Thanks to such a careful ageing process is crated a really great wine.

Colour: intense ruby red Aroma: fruity and floral notes of cherries, licorice, hyacinth, as derivatives of the aging tactile notes of vanilla, leather, tobacco, spices, soft tannins. Flavor: velvety, harmoniuous. Connecting to the food: meat-based dishes, including grilled meats, venison, cured cheese. Serving temperature 18° - 20 ° C. Alcohol content 13.5%

Vinchio Vaglio Serra

Vigne Vecchie Barbera di Asti Superiore

Dry red wine from the indigenous Barbera d‘Asti of Piedmont. This version of Barbera Superiore is derived from Old Vineyards which give the best grapes thanks to the optimal location on the sunny slopes of the hills and the appropriate clayey - limy soils. The selected and careful set of grapes and then the aging process lasting two years of which a minimum of 12 months in French oak barrels makes the Vigne Vecchie a really excellent wine, very strong and elegant.

Color: intense ruby red, with shades of orange.
Aroma: notes of ripe cherries, plums, as derivatives of aging in wood noticeable notes of vanilla, spices, balsamic flavors, tobacco.
Flavor: velvety, full, long-lasting.
Food matching: very good for dishes based on meat and mushroom sauces, roast, stewed and grilled meats, venison, seasoned, blue, spicy cheeses, cheese with herbs.
Serving temperature: 18°C.
Open the bottle an hour before serving.

Fattoria San Michele a Torri

Chianti Colli Fiorentini

A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese with the addition of Canaiolo, Colorino and Merlot. Extremely crispy and fruity Chianti from the Colli Fiorentini subzone. Originating from the vineyards situated at an attitude of 180 meters in south-eastern hills of the town of Scandicci. The grapes are collected manually, 30% of the wine is aged in 2500 litre casks, 70% in concrete tanks. Two parts are blended before bottling, then the wine mature in the bottle for at least two months. Organically cultivated, Chianti rewarded and awarded by Italian wine publications like Vini di Veronelli and DuemilaVini. This wine was awarded the Berebene Oscar in 2016.

Color: intense ruby red with crimson hues.

Aroma: complex, long lasting, notes of cherry and violet.

Flavor: soft, fresh, gently tannic.

Food matching: excellent with Tuscan cured meats, pate crostini, sauces like ragout, amatriciana, carbonara, white roast meats or roast-beef.
