The Nero dei Dori was aged for more than one year in French oak barrels, then in barriques for a short time, after that matured in the bottle. A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Nebbiolo, with Lampia and Michet varieties, originating from a single vineyard called Sarmassa.
