A dry white wine made from a grape variety originating in Abruzzo called Pecorino. This picturesque region, located in the middle of the Apennine Peninsula, produces excellent wines, including white Pecorino, thanks to its mountainous and maritime climate. In fact, it is native to the neighbouring Marche region, but it has also become well established here. The name most likely comes from the Italian word „pecora” - sheep, because the pastures were adjacent to the vineyards. Pecorino is one of the most interesting Italian white wines, characterised by good structure, low acidity, rich aromas and flavour.

A dry rosé wine made from an indigenous grape variety from Abruzzo called Montepulciano. While the two previous wines are powerful in colour and structure, their pink „brother” nicely but more delicately echoes them in its aroma. What is delightful, however, is the ease with which it can be enjoyed. It is a pity that pink wines are so underappreciated by Polish consumers, because they can be truly fantastic in terms of quality. In Italy, the names Cerasuolo, Chiaretto and Kretzer always refer to rosé wines, the first from the Montepulciano grape variety, the second a blend of grapes used to make Bardolino, and the third the Lagrein variety from Alto Adige. These wines are usually reliable in terms of quality. In addition to the pleasure of tasting, there are also many possibilities for pairing rosé wines with food, from appetisers to light meat-based dishes and, of course, fish, and they are certainly an alternative to white wine.

Montepulciano „rosé” is truly addictive and tastes delicious at any time of the day or year.

Aroma: complex, fresh, notes of cherries, strawberries, wild strawberries, almonds.
    Flavor: crisp, mineral, fruity.
Food matching: excellent as an aperitif, with starters, fish-based dishes, pizza, delicate cheeses.
    Serving temperature: 12°C.
    Alcohol content: 13,5%.

A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape. The documentary evidence of this variety dates from the XVIII century. Besides the Sangiovese it is one of the most popular red varieties in Central Italy. The Colline Teramane subzone, Italian for the hills around Teramo, was granted the DOCG status in 2003 and the quality or the wines from here is obtained thanks to the favorable microclimate and vicinity to the Adriatic Sea. An excellent 2007 vintage made it possible to create an equally good riserva made from a careful selection of grapes, full-bodied and extremely fruity. It was aged in wood and for a few months in the bottle.

    Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of cherry, red currant, cocoa, liquorice.
    Flavor: warm, soft, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with meat roasts, grilled meats.
Serving temperature: 18°/20°C Before serving this wine should be decanted.
    Alcohol content: 14%.
