A dry red wine made from an indigenous grape variety from Abruzzo called Montepulciano. Another classic wine from this region, this time from the Colline Termane appellation (the hills around the city of Teramo), which is classified as the highest quality because it is a controlled and guaranteed designation of origin. If you want a wine that is strong yet delicately tannic, this is the bottle for you. Perfect for autumn and winter evenings, best enjoyed with a hearty beef steak or with a group of friends. Aged in wood for 12 months, its enormous potential surprises with the passage of time and is sure to satisfy all lovers of solid red wines. Il Garrulo Chianti Colli Senesi

Dry red wine made from the indigenous Tuscan Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano and Malvasia grape varieties. It is a traditional Chianti recipe, which, thanks to the addition of white grapes makes the wine soft and light. The name Garrulo is a bird that visits the Montenidoli vineyard. Chianti is a type of wine to drink on a daily basis, nicely seasoned.

Cantolio Cantine del Primitivo di Manduria

Primitivo di Manduria Mandonion

A dry red wine made from the native Puglia grape Primitivo di Manduria. The DOC Manduria appellation is more than ten towns, mostly in the province of Taranto and only 3 in the province of Brindisi, where the Primitivo grape dominating in the whole region gives best results, namely excellent and concentrated wine. The name „Mandonion” refers to the cultivation of war horses by the ancient people of Messapii who lived in the areas of the appellation (the name Manduria probably derives from Messapia). The vineyards are located along the coast of Ionic Sea, the harvest is done until the middle of September, the wine ages in wood for a few months. „Mandonion” was awarded a gold medal in the competition Berliner Wine Trophy 2014 and received the award Gran Menzione in the Vinitaly 2014.

Color: intense ruby red.

Aroma: notes of black currant, raspberry, cinnamon and vanilla.

Flavor: warm, soft, velvety.

Food matching: excellent with pasta e fagioli (thick soup with pasta and beans), lasagna, greasy sausages, lamb, roast leg of pork.

Valtellina Superiore Grumello Riserva

Dry red wine of Nebbiolo grapes. It comes from the mountainous region of Lombardy, Valtellina, with terraced vineyards, from the subzone of Grumello. The wine and zone name comes from the name of the castle located there, built in the twelfth century. The characteristics of the climate and soil in Grumello, makes the wine from the local vineyards is characterized by freshness and so called. Bevibilita, which means drinkable or rather pleasure of savoring the wine. It is a very good variety of Valtellina, from the Superiore category indicating a higher alcohol content. The wine aged for two years in large Slovenian oak barrels and then in the bottle, thus is characterized by depth and good structure

A dry red wine made from native Sicily grapes, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappucino. It comes from vineyards situated between 650 and 750 meters above sea level, on the slopes of the Etna volcano. The volcanic soil, on which grapes thrive, rich in minerals and lava, make the wines from the Etna DOC zone are characterized by rich aromas and unique delicateness. This wine was aged for 8 months in wood, in small French oak barrels - barriques, and then in large casks. A special selection of grapes originating from a vineyard called Fondo Filara.

Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale Abeterno

Sweet red wine from the indigenous Primitivo di Manduria grape. The only one of 4 Puglias’s DOCGs established in 2011 that belongs to a naturally sweet variety of Primitivo called “dolce natural”. This unique wine is made thanks to the natural vinification process, the very sweet grapes remain on the vine trees until the middle of September, then are hand-picked and dried in appropriately ventilated rooms to accumulate high sugar content (50g/l). The wine has a beautiful aroma of ripe fruit and its taste delights by natural, fresh sweetness.

Color: ruby red with violet hues.

Aroma: rich, complex, notes of violet, forest fruit, black currant.

Flavor: soft, fresh, slightly honey, a hint of elegant tannins.

Food matching: to meditate, also an excellent accompaniment to shortcrust pastries and almond biscuits.

Dry white wine from the indigenous Gewürztraminer grape. This is called Aromatic Traminer, and its name comes from the village, from which it derives - Tramin, in Italian called Termeno. From the German Gewürze means spicy, aromatic.This belongs to a small group of wines made from aromatic grape varieties, with a strong scent, characterized by a lychee fruit aftertaste and a high alcohol content.

Grignolino di Asti "Miravalle"

A dry red wine of Piedmont‘s native grape, Grignolino. It‘s one of interesting wines of Piedmont, however a lesser known and scarcely appreciated by wine connoisseurs (apart from declared fans of Piedmont). Pity because Grignolino is an extremely delicious wine. It combines the delicateness of colour and aromas with the richness of structure, goes well with many dishes, from cured meats, through white meats, even up to fish. As the variety is hard to grown not every year it is possible to transform grapes into wine. The classic zone of its cultivation is in the surroundings of the town of Portacomaro. Miravalle with sandy soils belongs to its subzones and yields excellent quality grapes of Grignolino. An unoaked, great, little wine, delighting by the simplicity of varietal.

Aroma: delicate, notes of rose, cherry, pomegranate.
Flavor: delicate, elegant, with notes of almond in the finish.

A dry pink sparkling wine made of native Valtelina grapes, Nebbiolo, Pignola, Rossola. Like the Cuvee Maria Vittoria is also a sparkling wine made by metodo classico or refermentation on the yeast, but the base wine matures only in stainless steel. After 36 months of refermentation in the bottle, this elegant Brut can meet the demands of enthusiasts of best French champagne. It is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes originating from the terraced vineyards of Valtelina situated 600 m above sea level. A uniquely harmonious sparkler, the jewel in the crown of Nebbiolo range, great grape of Piedmont and Valtelina, with various manifestations.

Color: very subtle, onion skin hues.

Perlage: fine, numerous, persistent.

Aroma: delicate, fresh, fruity.

Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso

A dry red wine from the autochthonous Refosco grape of Veneto. The name of wine literally means a bunch of grapes in dark red color. The grape was introduced to Friuli by the Romans in the second century B.C.. It is a wine with a beautiful brilliant color and relatively high tannin content. Not aged in wood, but over time it becomes very delicate and gains depth.

Aroma: intense fruity notes of blackberry and ripe cherry.
Flavor: dry, full, strong, slightly tannic.
