Originating from three vineyards - Meleto, Casi and Poggiarso. This wine was subjected to ageing for 12 months in 5400-litres Slovenian oak casks.Chianti Classico at its best, perfect harmony of fruit and freshness of Sangiovese skillfully combined with elegance and finesse of wood.     A dry red wine of the indigenous Sangiovese Grosso grape variety. This is a specific Sangiovese variety from which are produced the wines of the Montalcino zone, Rosso and Brunello. Thanks to the location of vineyards at an altitude of 420 meters the wine is characterized by an intensive bouquet and very good structure. Rosso di Montalcino is a basic version of a great Tuscan wine called Brunello. The ageing period of Rosso is much shorter. Roso di Montalcino from our producer, Luigi Anania, is aged in oak casks for 18 and in bottle for 2 months.

    Dry white wine from the native Tuscan grape variety, Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Vernaccia s one of the oldest vines in Italy, the first mention of it comes from the Middle Ages. The name comes from the Latin Vernaculum, which means local. Vernaccia of San Gimignano is the most famous wine of the species. Tradizionale - a traditional vinification method is based on a long maceration of the grapes in contact with the skins, so that comes out their maximum natural flavor and aromas.

    Dry white sparkling wine from the Chardonnay variety, belonging to the typology of Franciacorta. It is a type of wine whose fermentation process takes place according to the classical method of producing champagne, was used in the Champagne region in France and in the Cava region in Spain. Franciacorta is a small area located in the Lombardy region around Brescia.     Dry white wine from the native Venetian grape Friulano. Tokai of Friuli, known colloquially as Friulano to not raise associations with the famous Hungarian wine, is an example of wine strongly linked to its territory. It occurs throughout the region, but depending on the area of origin change its characteristics. Friulano of the vineyard called Ronc de Schene has an interesting scent note, the wine is soft and very pleasant despite the relatively high alcohol content. It is perfect as an addition to an aperitif and light meals.

    A dry white wine from the autochthonous Lison grape variety of Veneto. The wine is one of the Venetian Tokai varieties that in the Lison Pramaggiore zone was already awarded DOC status in 1971. It recently has been awarded to the highest quality status and belongs to the DOCG wines - controlled designation of origin guaranteed. Lison represents the territory of its origin. Very ripe grapes undergo the careful process of vinification. The wine is fermented in contact with noble remains of grapes for six months. Lison in contrast to other white Venetian wines - light and fresh, is a well structured and full-bodied wine with a pleasant fruity note.

    Dry red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Catelvetro is characterized by intense fruity-winey notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, this is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The secco or dry version is a classic of Lambrusco. The wine, light and pleasant to drink, goes well with the local cuisine of Modena as well with cured meats and fatty dishes like shank of veal or hand of pork.
