A dry white wine made from native Sicily grape Insolia. A unique wine popular on the whole island, known as Ansonica. Gently aromatic, with balanced acidity, soft and with a marked mineral note.

A dry white wine made from the native Campania grape Falanghina originating from the province of Benevento. A wine with a gentle name and rich profile of aromas and flavors. Like other local Campanian white grapes Falanghina gives well-structured wines. Low acidity but gently crisp, hard to put the glass back down, great match with fish and sea-food.

Color: straw yellow with goldish hues.

Aroma: gently fruity, notes of peach and pineapple.

Flavor: dry, crisp, expressed.

Food matching: excellent with fish and sea-food, especially „pesce all’acqua pazza” oven-baked fish with the addition of small tomatoes and aromatic spices, also white meats in sauce.

A sweet white desert wine made from the Malvasia Bianca and Trebbiano Toscano grapes. The wine is obtained by a special technique in Italian called appasimento - drying of ripe grapes in air-conditioned rooms, where they remain for several months (but no later than 31-st March following the harvest) and concentrate natural sugars. Next they undergo the usual process of vinification and the wine obtained in this way is subjected to long-term ageing for a period of about 4 years in wooden barrels with capacity of up to 5 hl. The name Vin Santo, holy wine, refers to the tradition of wine production falling on the Holy Week before Easter.

Color: amber, lustrous - brilliant.
Aroma: ripe fruit, dates, ripe apricots, nuts, honey and almonds.
Flavor: sweet, velvety.
Food matching: to delicious desserts, cakes, pastries and cheeses, a gorgonzola or Roquefort.
Serving temperature: 12°/14°C.

Dry white wine of native Piedmont grape Arneis. It comes from the left bank of the river Tanaro, Roero zone. Sandy soils with marly layers typical for this area are favorable for growing white grapes. In the Piedmontese dialect Arneis is a person with extraordinary temperament. Similarly, this wine tastes - expressive, strong and distinctive.

Aroma: floral and fruity notes, apple, peach, wallnut.
Flavor: dry, slightly bitter, long-lasting.
Food matching: perfect as an aperitif, to delicate dishes based on fish, seafood and white meats.

ry red wine of Campanian native grapes, Aglianico and Piedirosso with an addition of the local Barbera. Comes from vineyards located in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The ambition of our producer was to create a wine expressing the essential characteristics of the territory. A successful combination of red grape varieties and their careful fermentation with six months’ period of ageing in wood resulted in the wine that is interesting and well-structured.

Color: burgundy.
Aroma: complex, notes of ripe red fruit and jam.
Flavor: dry, warm, velvety.
Food matching: dishes of Mediterranean cuisine based on meats.
Serving temperature: 18°C. The bottle should be open one hour before serving.

Dry white wine made from Chardonnay grape. The well-known international grape variety is also popular in the region of Veneto, while its zone of origin is located in the surroundings of Verona. A gently aromatic Chardonnay is a pleasant accompaniment to many dishes.

A dry white sparkling wine made from native Veneto grape Glera. The Conegliano-Valdobbiadene appellation has 5 000 ha altogether, but only 106 ha belongs to the Cartizze subzone. Thanks to the unique microclima and morenic-clayey soil with sandy layers this excellent subzone yields a unique Prosecco, mild, aromatic and exquisite. To highlight its rich aromas and flavors it’s made in the Dry style, with the sugar content up to 22 gr./l.

Color: straw yellow, shimmering.

Aroma: fruity notes, apple, pink grapefruit, acacia blossom, wisteria, rose.

Flavor: fresh, harmonious, mild, long lingering aftertaste.

Sweet white dessert sparkling wine of Piedmont‘s native Moscato Bianco grape variety (White Moscato). It is an aromatic grape orginating in the classical area around Asti, and is considered the best among the whole Moscato grape family because of its aromatic flavor. The production of this sweet sparkling wine began in the mid-nineteenth century and Asti Spumante has been enjoying great success up to the present throughout the world. It is a great companion to desserts and a naturally sweet and aromatic wine to sip.

Dry red wine of the autochthonous Barbera d’Asti of Piedmont. The name Tre Vescovi - Three Bishops refers to the meeting place of the bishops of Asti, Alessandria and Acqui Terme on one of the hills, which today belongs to the vineyards of the Cooperative. Anyone who had the pleasure to try this Barbera, certainly confirms its bouquet and a great pleasure to savour. It is a hit among our Barberas. The wine belongs to the category ‘Superiore‘ that is charecterized by higher flavor qualities and alcohol level thanks to the careful selection of grapes and ageing for a minimum of 12 months of which 7 in oak barrel.

Color: ruby red, intense.
Aroma: notes of plum, ripe cherry, forest litter, soft vanilla.
Flavor: harmonious, full.
Food matching: very good for dishes based on meat and mushroom sauces; roast stewed and grilled meats, venison, seasoned and blue cheeses, cheese with herbs.
