A dry white wine made from the indigenous Sicilian Grillo grape variety. It comes from the south-eastern part of the island, near the town of Noto, from a vineyard called Zisola. Careful selection of organically grown grapes goes into making this excellent wine, which captivates with its aroma, structure, and color. The word “Azisa” on the label is an adjective of Arabic origin, meaning “wonderful,” which fully reflects the character of this wine.

A dry pink wine from the native Basiclicata grape Aglianico del Vulture. Hard to pronounce the word, Quendernjan, is Albanian for the lower part of Maschito, where are located vineyards yielding Aglianico’s grapes. This pink version of Basiclicata’s great wine is a well-structured, aromatic wine, strong and fine at the same time. Unique in taste, pleasantly mineral, with notes of ripe raspberry and pomegranate, gently almond in the finish. You’ll willingly reach another glass. Properly cooled it tastes best with light appetizers. Excellent with veal scallops.

Color: pink, shimmering.

Aroma: aromatic, notes of ripe raspberry, pomegranate.

Flavor: fresh, mineral with subtly marked tannins.

Food matching: perfect with light appetizers, charcuterie; a great match with veal scallops in delicate sauce.

Dry white sparkling wine of the Chardonnay variety that belongs to the typology of Franciacorta. For the category ‘Pas Dose’ the yeast-aging period is 40 months. Pas Dose‘ is the French for ‘dosage zero‘ meaning a very dry wine with its sugar content below 3g/l. Shortly before bottling, after the long period of refermentation in the bottle, no cane sugar or wine or distillate is added to it. Besides the compostion of these additions is often a secret of producer. As they were not blended in this version of Franciacorta, the wine is clear and expressed.

Color: yellow straw, brilliant.
Aroma: notes of apple, vanilla.
Perlage: delicate, numerous, long lasting.
Flavor: very dry, fresh, mineral, velvety.
Food matching: very good as an aperitif and for dishes based on fish and seafood.

A dry red wine made from native Sicilia grape Nero di Avola. A light wine to drink everyday after the meal, not aged in wood.

Color: ruby red.
Aroma: rich, fruity, notes of cherry and morello.
Flavor: delicate, warm.
Food matching: excellent with pasta gratin and pasta sauces like ragù, lasagna, roast and stewed meats.

A dry red wine made from the native Puglia grape Primitivo di Manduria. The DOC Manduria appellation is more than ten towns, mostly in the province of Taranto and only 3 in the province of Brindisi, where the Primitivo grape dominating in the whole region gives best results, namely excellent and concentrated wine. The name „Mandonion” refers to the cultivation of war horses by the ancient people of Messapii who lived in the areas of the appellation (the name Manduria probably derives from Messapia). The vineyards are located along the coast of Ionic Sea, the harvest is done until the middle of September, the wine ages in wood for a few months. „Mandonion” was awarded a gold medal in the competition Berliner Wine Trophy 2014 and received the award Gran Menzione in the Vinitaly 2014.       

Color: intense ruby red.

Aroma: notes of black currant, raspberry, cinnamon and vanilla.

Flavor: warm, soft, velvety.

Food matching: excellent with pasta e fagioli (thick soup with pasta and beans), lasagna, greasy sausages, lamb, roast leg of pork.

Dry white wine made from Chardonnay grape. The well-known international grape variety is also popular in the region of Veneto, while its zone of origin is located in the surroundings of Verona. A gently aromatic Chardonnay is a pleasant accompaniment to many dishes.

Aroma: intense, aromatic, tropical fruit notes.
Flavor: fresh, harmonious.
Food matching: with aperitif, appetizers, dishes based on white meat or fish, fresh vegetables salad.

Sweet red wine from the indigenous Primitivo di Manduria grape. The only one of 4 Puglias’s DOCGs established in 2011 that belongs to a naturally sweet variety of Primitivo called “dolce natural”. This unique wine is made thanks to the natural vinification process, the very sweet grapes remain on the vine trees until the middle of September, then are hand-picked and dried in appropriately ventilated rooms to accumulate high sugar content (50g/l). The wine has a beautiful aroma of ripe fruit and its taste delights by natural, fresh sweetness.

Color: ruby red with violet hues.

Aroma: rich, complex, notes of violet, forest fruit, black currant.

Flavor: soft, fresh, slightly honey, a hint of elegant tannins.

Food matching: to meditate, also an excellent accompaniment to shortcrust pastries and almond biscuits.
