Dry red wine of Piedmont‘s native Nebbiolo grape, orginating from the Langhe area. The wine of kings and king of wines. Is an example of excellence in the production of fine wine, which is the flagship of the Piedmont. The Nebbiolo grape takes its name after ‘nebbia‘, fog, reminiscent of the picturesque landscape of the area in the late autumn, when the harvest vineyards are shrouded in thick fog. Barolo is aged for more than 38 months in large oak barrels. This wine is elegant and long-lived, some bottles tend to retain their flavor and aroma even after 20 years.

Ugone III Vermentino di Gallura

Dry white wine made from native Sardinia grape Vermentino, from the zone of Gallura. The provinces of Olbia and Sassari in the north-eastern part of the island are characterized by mountainous areas and granite soils, big temperature differences between day and night. Therefore, the white Vermentino is well naturalized in such conditions and it‘s the only wine of Sardinia that was awarded DOCG status. Ugone III is the name of a famous Sardinian ruler, which went down in history as a brave defender of the island against the invasions of Aragonians. A dry white sparkling wine of the autochthonous Glera grape variety of Veneto. This variety of wine is called Prosecco and is a very popular sparkling wine among Italians and also connoisseurs throughout the whole world. A dry white wine of Trebbiano di Abruzzo with a small addition of Passerina and Chardonnay. Dry white wine from the indigenous Tuscan grapes of Trebbiano Gentile Malvasia Bianca. According to historical writings this was a favorite wine of Tuscan peasants. It ferments in steel tanks, and then matures on the natural yeasts, which were formed in the fermentation process itself. Thanks to this gains softness and full-body while maintaining the richness of perfumes, due to the presence of an aromatic Malvasia.

Lambrusco Passione

A dry red wine from Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, Emilia‘s native grape. Our partner from surroundings of Modena decided to invest in biological agriculture. After many efforts and hard work was created a new Lambrusco with a nice label projected by children and called Passion. Without this label there wouldn‘t granted a certificate for biological agriculture and the wine wouldn‘t be invented. The main merit of biological winemaking lies in a very small amount of sulphur dioxide in wines derived from the vineyards, where chemical and synthetic additives are not used.

Color: ruby red with violet reflections.

Aroma: vinous, intense, notes of ripe forest fruits.

Flavor: full, pleasant, crisp.

Food matching: excellent with cured meats, meats especially greasy meats.
