A dry red wine from the autochthonous Freisa variety of Piedmont.In the dialect freisa means freesia, or flower, characterized by purple - red color. Hence the wine was named after its colour. The mentions about this grape variety date back to the late XIX-th century, then the wine obtained from the Freisa grape was already well-known and apprieciated, especially in Piedmont. Freisa from our producer was aged in wooden barrels, next was subjected to the short fermentation process in a big tank called ‘autoclave‘ . Hence Freisa is characterized by a slightly sparkling flavor and freshness. This wine is an excellent companion to grassy meats and charcuterie. Freisa of the Langhe region is a dry wine as opposed to Freisa of the Monferrato zone.

Dry white wine from the native Venetian grape Friulano. Tokai of Friuli, known colloquially as Friulano to not raise associations with the famous Hungarian wine, is an example of wine strongly linked to its territory. It occurs throughout the region, but depending on the area of origin change its characteristics. Friulano of the vineyard called Ronc de Schene has an interesting scent note, the wine is soft and very pleasant despite the relatively high alcohol content. A dry pink sparkling wine made of native Valtelina grapes, Nebbiolo, Pignola, Rossola. A sparkler made by metodo classico or refermentation on the yeast, from the 2009 vintage, which was very good. Two parts of the wine are blended together and then begins a long and careful process of refermentation in the bottle for 60 months. Originating from hilly vineyards situated in morenic soil around Verona in the Veneto region, Garganega is an example of an original native wine with a fairly strong structure and interesting aroma notes. With moderate acidity, the wine does well exactly in this part of Italy, in the provinces of Verona, Vicenza, Padua. The name „Dogana Veneta” (Venetian Border) relates to a famous building erected in the Venetian Republic times in the town of Lazise at Lake Garda, pointing border between Lombardy and Veneto.

Dry red wine made from the autochthonous Grignolino grape of Piedmont. The dialect name grignole means grape seeds and refers to the lightness of the wine and the distinctive pale red color. Wine traditionally associated with Piedmont and very popular among its residents. Italian wine expert, Luigi Veronelli, wrote of it as an anarchic wine, as the Grignolino grape is difficult to grow, responding to changing weather conditions. Its advantage is the richness of aromas and good structure, some vintages highlight their advantages after maturing a few years in the bottle. It is also a wine not aged in wood, so it retains its originality and vitality.

Dry red wine made from Piedmontese native Ruche grape. The classic growing zone of this grape variety is made up of several towns in the province of Asti, among which Castagnole Monferrato. Its origins are uncertain, but this wine is known by an intense aroma bouquet with notes of rose and violet. For many years this grape variety was known only locally, then was almost forgotten, only in the 80-s of the XX century Ruche regained its place among original and unique wines of Piedmont.

Dry white wine of Campanian native Falanghina grape. It comes from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Monte Taburno, the Taburno Mount, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. This grape variety had already been known in the Roman times, but was well naturalized in these areas at the beginning of the XIX century. The suitable climate, especially big temperature differences between day and night, provide excellent growing conditions for this white grape variety. Falanga in Latin means a pole supporting the vine, hence the name of the wine and grape variety. This is a well-structured wine, soft and with marked mineral note. Falanghina is one of the most famous wines of Campania, appreciated by so famous wine experts as Luigi Veronelli, which wrote about it: authentic and precious treasure.

Dry red wine of the autochthonous grapes of Veneto, Corvina Veronese, Corvinone i Rondinella. Amarone is a noble variety of Valpolicella, the most famous wine of the region. The strength and aromas of Amarone result from a special production technique of this wine. Ripe grapes are subjected to the process of drying in special air-conditioned rooms. In January or February following the harvest they undergo the process of fermentation and ageing in wood for over a year. This is a demanding wine, which goes well with rich-texture dishes based on meat and sauces.

A dry red wine of Nebbiolo grape. This is a riserva of the Superiore version obtained from th ebest vineyards located at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level. Structured red wine obtained from the vinification of grapes by the most renowned of the 4 sub-areas of Valtellina Superiore. It is produced only in the best years. Manual harvest, the first week of October.At the end of a slow maceration, it matures for almost two years inSlavonian oak barrels. After that, it refines in bottles in our cellars for at least 1 year before it can be sold.It presents characteristics of particular harmony after two or threeyears of refinement.
