A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese with the addition of Syrah. Tenuta La Gabbiola is the name of a vineyard where the grapes are grown organically using the minimum of chemicals. Clayey-sandy soils yield ripe grapes of Sangiovese and Syrah with a big aromatic potential. The harvest is done manually, after more than ten days of fermentation the young wine goes to 2500 litre oak casks, where it matures for more than one year. After such ageing the wine develops the whole wealth of aromas and flavors of excellent Chianti Classico maintaining the balance between delicate hints of wood and fresh fruit. Very good.
Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: intense, long lasting, fruity and floral notes with accents of black pepper.
Flavor: warm, soft, fresh, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with ragout lasagna, grilled meats, Florence steak, roast meat.

A dry white sparkling wine made from native Veneto grape Glera. The Conegliano-Valdobbiadene appellation has 5 000 ha altogether, but only 106 ha belongs to the Cartizze subzone. Thanks to the unique microclima and morenic-clayey soil with sandy layers this excellent subzone yields a unique Prosecco, mild, aromatic and exquisite. To highlight its rich aromas and flavors it’s made in the Dry style, with the sugar content up to 22 gr./l.
Color: straw yellow, shimmering.

Aroma: fruity notes, apple, pink grapefruit, acacia blossom, wisteria, rose.
Flavor: fresh, harmonious, mild, long lingering aftertaste.

Dry white wine from the indigenous Piedmontese grape Cortese. It comes from a special selection of grapes from vineyards located in the Gavi area, located in the south-western Piedmont, near Alessandria. It is considered the best quality wine obtained from popular throughout the region Cortese.

A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Barbera, originating from the Alba zone. Vineyards are located in the town of Monforte, about 300 meters above sea level. San Giovanni, Italian for Saint John, is the name of cru, a small area vineyard generating grapes of excellent quality. A well-structured Piedmontese Barbera, aged for 14 months in French oak casks. A deep color of this wine and unusual richness of aromas will suit the tastes of most demanding fans of Piedmont wines.

Flavor: warm, soft, rich, subtly pronounced tannins.

A dry pink wine of Basiclicata’s native grape, Aglianico del Vulture. Hard to pronounce the word, Quendernjan, is an albanian for the lower part of Maschito, where are located vineyards yielding Aglianico’s grapes. This pink version of Basiclicata’s great wine is a well-structured, aromatic wine, strong and fine at the same time. Unique in taste, pleasantly mineral, with notes of ripe raspberry and pomegranate, gently almond in the finish. You’ll willingly reach another glass. Properly cooled it tastes best with light appetizers. Excellent with veal scallops.

A dry red wine of Cannonau. It is the most famous and important red wine of Sardinia. The first evidence of Cannonau dates back to XIII-th century, probably is related to Spain‘s grape Alicante introduced to the island by the Spanish. Maimone is the local dialect for water, so necessary for the vine after hot days. It is a full-bodied wine of deep color and with rich aromas, aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
Color: burgundy with purple reflections.
Aroma: rich, notes of plum, blackberry, toasted wood.
Flavor: soft, full, warm.
Food matching: excellent with pasta meat sauces, roast meats, game.

Dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese. The best selection of Sangiovese grapes and careful vinification gives the wine a beautiful color and wonderful scents. It matures for 18 months in small French oak barrels and a further three years in the bottle. A wine for a special occasion.

Dry sweet wine of Campanian grape called Moscato Bianco. White Moscato locally called Moscatelo comes from vineyards located in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The aromatic grape of Moscato is also naturalized here, on clayey-calcareous soils and sunny vineyards in the south. The harvest is done the end of September the beginning of October, when Moscato grapes are very ripe. From grapes full of natural sweetness is obtained an excellent wine in the passito version. This term signifies the fermentation technique called in Italian appassimento that is drying of collected grapes on special racks in air-ventilated rooms. After the harvest grapes concentrate aromatic potential for more than a month and next are transformed into wine. The passito of our producer was aged for six months in wood.
Color: yellow with amber reflections.
Aroma: aromatic, complex, notes of ripe grapes, raisins, honey.
Flavor: sweet, velvety.
Food matching: excellent with desserts based on dry biscuits and cookies, gorgonzola-type cheese and Roquefort. Equally good as a wine for meditation and after the meal..

Dry red wine from native Piedmont grape Barbera. A wine boxed in a practical cardboard packaging, bag in box type with a capacity of 10 liters. The contents of the bag in box can be consumed within 6 months after opening and its practical tap enables an easy wine dispensing and prevents its oxidation.
Color: ruby red, bright.
Aroma: winey, delicate fruity.
Flavor: dry, crisp.
Food matching: very well with all the dishes, from appetizers to the main course.

Dry red wine of the autochthonous Barbera d‘Asti of Piedmont. This is another variety of Barbera in our range of wine from Asti region, historically regarded as the kingdom of Barbera, where its grapes give optimum results. Sori in the Piedmontese dialect means the highest and most sunny parts of the hills, the best vineyards. Mori is the term describing Saracens, with whom the inhabitants of the village of Vinchio waged struggle in the Middle Ages, so the Sori dei Mori means Saracens Hills. This wine is young and fresh, vinified only in steel tanks, not aged in wood.
Color: red ruby.
Aromal: vinous, ethereal notes of cherries, plums and violets.
Flavor: dry, harmonious.
Food matching: very well with all the dishes from appetizers to the main course.
