A dry white wine made with Chardonnay grape. Aromatic and soft, with good structure and low acidity. Originating from vineyards located around Lecce, reminding of ripe white melon. Full and fresh in the mouth with hint of herbal notes, salvia and anise. Pleasant to taste, long lingering aftertaste.
Color: straw yellow with goldish reflections.
Aroma: delicate, fruity, notes of white melon, salvia and anise.
Flavor: dry, fresh, harmonious.
Food matching: perfect with fish and sea food, vegetables and white meat.
Serving temperature: 8°C/10°C.
Alcohol content: 13%.

A dry white sparkling wine made from native Veneto grape Glera. It’s Prosecco in Superiore Brut version, little more dry than Extra Dry, with the sugar content below 6 gr/l. Long lasting bubbles or perlage highlight its unique freshness and gentle fruity aromas. An extremely pleasant wine.
Color: straw yellow, shimmering.
Perlage: fine, numerous.
Aroma: notes of apple, lemon, pink grapefruit, acacia blossom, wisteria.
Flavor: crisp, long lingering aftertaste.
Food matching: perfect as an aperitif, and also as an elegant accompaniment with fish, cured meats, risottos with vegetable and fish.

ry red wine of Campanian native grapes, Aglianico and Piedirosso with an addition of the local Barbera. Comes from vineyards located in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The ambition of our producer was to create a wine expressing the essential characteristics of the territory. A successful combination of red grape varieties and their careful fermentation with six months’ period of ageing in wood resulted in the wine that is interesting and well-structured.
Color: burgundy.
Aroma: complex, notes of ripe red fruit and jam.
Flavor: dry, warm, velvety.
Food matching: dishes of Mediterranean cuisine based on meats.
Serving temperature: 18°C. The bottle should be open one hour before serving.
Alcohol content: 13,5% .

A dry white wine made from an indigenous grape variety originating in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The vineyards of our producer Ornella are located very close to the border with the neighbouring region, which is why wine from this grape variety has been included in her range. It has a centuries-old tradition, was already known in the times of the Venetian Republic, and was written about by Bocaccio. Recently, Ribolla Gialla has been undergoing a kind of renaissance and is very popular in many local (and not only) wine bars, especially as an aperitif. It tastes great on a warm summer afternoon.
Color: shiny straw yellow.
Aroma: intense, with notes of acacia and citrus.
Flavor: delicate, crisp, fresh.
Food matching: excellent as an aperitif, with fish and seafood dishes, as well as white meats.
Serving temperature: 10°/12°C.
Alcohol content: 13%.

A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grapes Sangiovese and Canaiolo. An excellent Chianti from the Colli Senesi sub-zone, aged for a few months in small French oak barrels, barriques. Like each wine from Montenidoli is unique, well-structured, reminding of cherry and delighting by the harmony of traditional wine from around Siena.
Color: ruby red.
Aroma: complex, notes of cherry, violet, hyacinth, a hint of wood.
Flavor: dry, rich, harmonious.
Food matching: ideal for grilled meats, lamb, rosemary duck, guineafowl with Italian lard, pheasant.

A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese with the addition of Syrah. Tenuta La Gabbiola is the name of a vineyard where the grapes are grown organically using the minimum of chemicals. Clayey-sandy soils yield ripe grapes of Sangiovese and Syrah with a big aromatic potential. The harvest is done manually, after more than ten days of fermentation the young wine goes to 2500 litre oak casks, where it matures for more than one year. After such ageing the wine develops the whole wealth of aromas and flavors of excellent Chianti Classico maintaining the balance between delicate hints of wood and fresh fruit. Very good.

Aroma: intense, long lasting, fruity and floral notes with accents of black pepper.
Flavor: warm, soft, fresh, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with ragout lasagna, grilled meats, Florence steak, roast meat.

A dry red wine made from native Sicily grapes, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappucino. It comes from vineyards situated between 650 and 750 meters above sea level, on the slopes of the Etna volcano. The volcanic soil, on which grapes thrive, rich in minerals and lava, make the wines from the Etna DOC zone are characterized by rich aromas and unique delicateness. This wine was aged for 8 months in wood, in small French oak barrels - barriques, and then in large casks. A special selection of grapes originating from a vineyard called Fondo Filara.
Color: ruby red.
Aroma: vinous, notes of red fruits, spice and liquorice.
Flavor: warm, soft, round.
Food matching: excellent with meat-stuffed ravioli, grilled ribs, lamb roast.
Serving temperature: 16°/18°C.

A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese with the addition of Canaiolo, Colorino and Merlot. Extremely crispy and fruity Chianti from the Colli Fiorentini subzone. Originating from the vineyards situated at an attitude of 180 meters in south-eastern hills of the town of Scandicci. The grapes are collected manually, 30% of the wine is aged in 2500 litre casks, 70% in concrete tanks. Two parts are blended before bottling, then the wine mature in the bottle for at least two months. Organically cultivated, Chianti rewarded and awarded by Italian wine publications like Vini di Veronelli and DuemilaVini. This wine was awarded the Berebene Oscar in 2016.
Color: intense ruby red with crimson hues.
Aroma: complex, long lasting, notes of cherry and violet.
Flavor: soft, fresh, gently tannic.
Food matching: excellent with Tuscan cured meats, pate crostini, sauces like ragout, amatriciana, carbonara, white roast meats or roast-beef.
Serving temperature: 18°C.

Dry white wine of Pinot Grigio grape. The hilly vineyards around Verona in the region of Veneto yield delicate grapes of Pinot Grigio. The wine made from them has a pleasant aroma with floral and fruity notes.
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: delicate, notes of wild flowers and fruits.
Flavor: dry, round, harmonious.
Food matching: perfect with aperitif, dishes based on fish and seafood, and also with white meats.
Serving temperature: 10°/12°C.

A dry red wine made from Pinot Nero grapes. The main advantage of Pinot Nero, a grape variety originating in France, is its delicacy and finesse. This Venetian version of the popular grape variety also retains all these characteristics. As it is not aged in wood, its main advantage is the freshness of the fruit. It goes perfectly with many meat-based dishes, both white and red.
Color: ruby red.
Aroma: delicate, elegant, notes of cherry, raspberry, plum, floral notes, rose and violet.
Flavor: velvety, moderately tannic.
Food matching: excellent with white meats, small game, soft cheeses, medium-aged cheeses and blue cheeses.
