Dry red wine of Nebbiolo grapes. It comes from the mountainous region of Lombardy, Valtellina, with terraced vineyards, from the subzone of Grumello. The wine and zone name comes from the name of the castle located there, built in the twelfth century. The characteristics of the climate and soil in Grumello, makes the wine from the local vineyards is characterized by freshness and so called. Bevibilita, which means drinkable or rather pleasure of savoring the wine. It is a very good variety of Valtellina, from the Superiore category indicating a higher alcohol content. The wine aged for two years in large Slovenian oak barrels and then in the bottle, thus is characterized by depth and good structure
Color: rubyred .
Aroma: delicate, with notes of nut.
Flavor: harmonious, full.
Food matching: mainly for meat, red and white, cheese.

Dry white wine of Pinot Grigio. It comes from the zone located near Bolzano, between the Isarco and Adige rivers. Vineyards situated 260 meters above sea level or even higher and sedimentary calcareous soils make the local Pinot Grigio wines are of intense structure and rich aromas. The vinification process is done in stainless steel tanks. A well-structured, strong and elegant wine.
Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: complex, notes of fresh fruit, ripe Williams pear, mint, balm, black tea, a hint of butter and almond.
Flavor: full, rich, creamy, elegant.

Dry red wine made from indigenous Sardinian grape Monica di Sardegna. The grape with a beautiful name is one of the oldest vines cultivated on the isle. It is common on the entire territory of Sardinia, while the best areas for its cultivation are located along the coast of the isle. Don Efisio is the name of a historic owner of fish ponds in Cabras. The Monica gives the wine with rich aroma notes, balanced acidity and good structure.
The Superiore style with a higher alcohol content highlights all values of this grape. Not aged in wood.
Color: ruby red.
Aroma: rich, vinous, notes of ripe red fruit.
Flavor: full, soft.
Food matching: excellent with roast pork-based dishes, roast chicken.

A dry red wine made from native Sicily grape Frappato.This grape was already famous in the XVII century. The classic zone of cultivation is located in the south-eastern Sicily. A dry red wine of Nebbiolo grape. This is a riserva of the Superiore version obtained from th ebest vineyards located at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level. Structured red wine obtained from the vinification of grapes by the most renowned of the 4 sub-areas of Valtellina Superiore. It is produced only in the best years. Manual harvest, the first week of October.At the end of a slow maceration, it matures for almost two years inSlavonian oak barrels. After that, it refines in bottles in our cellars for at least 1 year before it can be sold.It presents characteristics of particular harmony after two or threeyears of refinement.

Aroma: delicate with prevalence of fruity notes and hints of plum.
Flavor: particularly harmonic and velvety.

A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon. The name Cinque Colli signifying five hills is related to the zone of wine‘s origin, Controguerra. This zone consist of five towns in the province of Teramo win the northern part of the Abruzzo region. The riserva 2007 was aged for more than one year in wood and for a few months in the bottle. A blend of the local Montepulciano with Cabernet Sauvignon gives a robust wine, harmonious and warm.
Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of black currant, blackberry, cocoa, black pepper.
Flavor: warm, soft, balanced.
Food matching: excellent with meat roasts, mainly beef, lamb, venison.

A sweet red wine from the native Tuscan grape Aleatico. This local grape variety is well naturalized, above all, along the coast and in the Tuscan islands, but in the past was also cultivated in the middle of the region, then appreciated because of aromas and natural sweetness. Some time ago almost everywhere the guests were served a glass of Aleatico, while today more popular is Vin Santo. However, our partners from Fattoria San Michele have been planting a vineyard with Aleativo, continuing tradition. Collected grapes are dried on special grids for about month to concentrate sugars and bring out aromas, fruit and rose notes. An original wine, with a beautiful scent and gentle sweetness.
Color: garnet with brick hues.
Aroma: intense, aromatic, notes of rose.
Flavor: warm, sweet, crisp.
Food matching: ideal with desserts, short-pastry tarts, short crust with fruits, also with (lightly seasoned) cheeses, to savor after the meal.

A dry pink wine from the native Basiclicata grape Aglianico del Vulture. Hard to pronounce the word, Quendernjan, is Albanian for the lower part of Maschito, where are located vineyards yielding Aglianico’s grapes. This pink version of Basiclicata’s great wine is a well-structured, aromatic wine, strong and fine at the same time. Unique in taste, pleasantly mineral, with notes of ripe raspberry and pomegranate, gently almond in the finish. You’ll willingly reach another glass. Properly cooled it tastes best with light appetizers. Excellent with veal scallops.
Color: pink, shimmering.
Aroma: aromatic, notes of ripe raspberry, pomegranate.
Flavor: fresh, mineral with subtly marked tannins.
Food matching: perfect with light appetizers, charcuterie; a great match with veal scallops in delicate sauce.

A dry red wine made from native Campania grape Aglianico di Taurasi. A unique release of Aglianico made only in the best vintages, in total there is only 1280 bottles of the vintage 2012. The pearl in the crown for Tentuta Scuotto, the result of rigorous selection of grapes, careful fermentation and ageing, appealing by elegant label and the name „Stilla Maris”, meaning sea drop. The producers say it is “like a sea drop emerging from the most rigorous selection”. The quintessence of Scuotto’s winemaking, very original and carefully made, but above all originating from perfectly run vineyards.
Color: intense ruby red with violet hues.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of blackberry, cherry, plum, forest fruits.
Flavor: dry, warm, velvety, long lingering aftertaste.
Food matching: excellent with meat dishes, roast and grilled meats, seasoned cheeses.

A dry white wine made from the indigenous TAI grape variety. This is the local name for the Tokai Friulano variety, which is widespread in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. An extremely pleasant wine, delicate and slightly aromatic. It is a great accompaniment to aperitifs and many light dishes.
