A dry white wine made of the native Campania grape Greco originating from the zone of Irpinia. Greco di Tufo is a white wine belonging to the DOCG category. Some people think that Greco di Tufo is the best wine among all southern Italian wines. The name of the grape, Greco di Tufo, suggests that it was brought along with the ancient Greeks, meanwhile the town of Tufo with its unique microclimate and soils created perfect conditions for growing this grape. The grape set is done in the mid of October, the wine after ageing for a few months in stainless steel is ready to be bottled in the spring after the harvest. Richness of structure, aromas and longevity so tastes Greco.
Color: gold.
Aroma: intensely fruity, notes of peach and dried apricot.
Flavor: dry, mineral, warm.
Food matching: excellent with sea-food and fish.

A dry red wine made of native Campania grape Aglianico. It’s a variety called Aglianico of Taurasi, a noble clone of the grape naturalized in the zone of Irpinia. Depending on the growing zone this ancient grape of Greek origin gives wine with very intense color and flavor. The producer’s basic version of Aglianico comes from vineyards situated 400m above sea level and is harvested in the mid of October. Not aged in wood, thus intense aromas of fresh fruit, very warm and gentle flavors. Excellent with food, best paired with meat dishes, especially grilled meat.
Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: intense fruit, notes of black currant, black berry, black fruit jam.
Flavor: dry, warm, rounded, fresh.
Food matching: excellent with meat dishes, roast and grilled meats.

Dry white wine from the indigenous Vernaccia di San Gimignano grape. Fiore means flower in Italian and reffers to the aroma and flavor bouquet of this exeptional wine . This version of Vernaccia is a natural juice squeezed from ripe grapes, which is then aged in steel tanks. The Contact of the grapes with the grape skins makes the wine is very elegant and velvety.
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: notes of mountain flowers, almonds.
Flavor: velvety, delicate
Food matching: very good for dishes with white sauces, fish-type sole, trout, with white meats like chicken, turkey, veal.

Dry red wine made from Piedmontese native Ruche grape. The classic growing zone of this grape variety is made up of several towns in the province of Asti, among which Castagnole Monferrato. Its origins are uncertain, but this wine is known by an intense aroma bouquet with notes of rose and violet. For many years this grape variety was known only locally, then was almost forgotten, only in the 80-s of the XX century Ruche regained its place among original and unique wines of Piedmont.
Color: ruby red, shimmering.
Aroma: complex, aromatic, notes of rose, violet, ripe cherry, raspberry, apricot.
Flavor: velvety, soft, full.
Food matching: perfect with dishes based on meats and meat sauces, excellent with game: hare, boar, deer.

A sweet white wine from the native Tucan grapes Trebbiano Toscano and San Colombano. Thanks to the commitment and great care of Fattoria the result is an excellent Vin Santo. First the grapes are dried on special grids from December until March (depending on the vintage) the following year after the harvest, then after rigorous selection only the best grapes are transformed into the wine. The process of fermentation is done in small 100- litre barrels (caratelli) made from various wood, chestnut, cherry, oak and mulberry. As many as 5 years of ageing is necessary to make a small bottle of Vin Santo, which then you can savour with great pleasure. An outstanding wine, charming and worth recommendation.
Color: amber with copper hues.
Aroma: sweet, notes of honey, dry apricots, figs, dates, ethereal.
Flavor: warm, velvety, very finesse.
Food matching: because of its elegance and great structure we do not recommend the classic pairing with Tuscan cantucci, it would be too banal. You will get more satisfaction if contemplate with it in the late tranquil afternoon or in the evening. Excellent with matured goat and sheep cheeses or with a good Tuscan liver terrine.

A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Nebbiolo, with Lampia and Michet varieties, originating from a single vineyard called Sarmassa. The area of this zone borders the town of La Morra, characterized by the soil composed mainly of marls, so called marls of Saint Agatha, which give the wine fairly raw, but with excellent structure and great potential to age. Virna’s Barolo Sarmassa ages for 18 months in French oak barrels and casks, after that in stainless steel and for 6 months in the bottle. The 2015 vintage is considered very good as regards Barolo wines, Sarmassa will certainly maintain its potential for many years, however it’s advisable to taste it now and compare after a few years, to discover its longevity and understand its evolution.
Color: very intense ruby red.
Aroma: fresh, notes of red fruits with balsamic notes and gentle vanilla alternated.
Flavor: raw, full, rich, tannic.
Food Matching: ideal for dishes based on meat, excellent with beef steaks, long seasoned chesses.
Serving temperature: 17°/18°C in large glasses like Burgundy.

A dry red wine from the Cabernet Sauvignon. This French grape well naturalized in eastern Veneto, here doesn‘t give great and structured wines. They are light, soft, tannic and gently fruity exactly like Ornella‘s Cabernet. This carefully worked out wine with intense color, not aged in wood, goes well with meat roasts.
Color: intense red.
Aroma: notes of ripe red fruit, blackberry.
Flavor: dry, fresh.
Food matching: excellent with white meats roasts, stewed meats, hard cheeses.

A dry red wine made from Pinot Nero grapes. The main advantage of Pinot Nero, a grape variety originating in France, is its delicacy and finesse. This Venetian version of the popular grape variety also retains all these characteristics. As it is not aged in wood, its main advantage is the freshness of the fruit. It goes perfectly with many meat-based dishes, both white and red.

Aroma: delicate, elegant, notes of cherry, raspberry, plum, floral notes, rose and violet.
Flavor: velvety, moderately tannic.
Food matching: excellent with white meats, small game, soft cheeses, medium-aged cheeses and blue cheeses.
