Dry red wine of the native Schiava Gentile and Lagrein grapes. Santa Maddalena is a district of Bolzano, which is considered as the best area for growing strain Schiava. Wine originating from these areas has good fruit and a hint of a good structure. Delicately marked tannins combine well with freshness of the wine.
Color: dark ruby red.
Aroma: notes of ripe cherries, plums, raspberries, dark chocolate.
Flavor: gentle, soft.
Food matching: very good to roast red meats, goes well with most dishes.

A dry red wine from Piedmont‘s native Nebbiolo grape. Next to Barolo, Barbaresco is the most famous wine of Piedmont, which is produced in three villages in the region - Barbaresco, Neive and Treiso. Our producer, Luigi Giordano, comes from Barbaresco. His vineyards are situated in the surrounding hills on the south and south-western slopes. Montestefano is the name of the oldest of the vineyards, which, thanks to iits deal exposition to the sun and location on the south, gives the perfect grapes. Their harvest done manually, the long fermentation process of wine and its ageing result in the creation of an outstanding Barbaresco. It ages in large Slovenian oak barrels for 24 months and for another 12 months in the bottle .
Color: intensely deep red, brilliant, with time becoming of orange hues.
Aroma: notes of cherries, preserves of red fruit, violet, rose; delicate notes of spices, resin.
Flavor: dry, decisive and very elegant.
Food matching: pasta stuffed with meat, venison roasts, stewed red meats.

Dry white wine from the indigenous Tuscan grapes Trebbiano Gentile and Malvasia Bianca. According to historical writings this was a favorite wine of Tuscan peasants. It ferments in steel tanks, and then matures on the natural yeasts, which were formed in the fermentation process itself. Thanks to this gains softness and full-body while maintaining the richness of perfumes, due to the presence of aromatic Malvasia Bianca.
Color: straw yellow .
Aroma: fruit, herbal and floral notes.
Flavor: a rich, spicy, long felt in the mouth.
Food matching: very good for spicy oriental and Mexican cuisine, seasoned by spicy paprika or saffron.

Dry white wine of native Piedmont grape Arneis. It comes from the left bank of the river Tanaro, Roero zone. Sandy soils with marly layers typical for this area are favorable for growing white grapes. In the Piedmontese dialect Arneis is a person with extraordinary temperament. Similarly, this wine tastes - expressive, strong and distinctive.
Color: straw yellow, shiny.
Aroma: floral and fruity notes, apple, peach, wallnut.
Flavor: dry, slightly bitter, long-lasting.
Food matching: perfect as an aperitif, to delicate dishes based on fish, seafood and white meats.

A dry red wine made from Marche‘s native Montepulciano grape. It originates from the picturesque and hilly vineyards of Monte Conero, located along the Adriatic sea. Dominating in the centre of Italy the Montepulciano produces a dark burgundy, strong and velvety wine. The Nero dei Dori was aged for more than one year in French oak barrels, then in barriques for a short time, after that matured in the bottle. It is an elegant wine full of ripe fruit and warmth of the sunny Adriatic sea.
Color: intense ruby red, shimmering.
Aroma: intense, complex, notes of ripe cherries.
Flavor: strong, velvety, warm.
Food matching: excellent with roast and grilled meats, game.

Dry red wine from the indigenous Lagrein grape. Name comes from the Latin Lagenaria, which means barrel-shaped tank for wine, made of terracotta. Lagrein is a wine with a strong structure, also thanks to half-year aging in large wooden barrels. Lagrein is a wine with a relatively low tannic note and rich aroma. Very nice flavor, with a velvety texture and nicely marked fruit.
Color: intensely purple.
Aroma: notes of violets, ripe plum, clove, chocolate.
Flavor: velvety, soft, fresh
Food matching: very good for dishes based on venison, roast meats, grilled meats.

A dry red wine made from a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese. It originates from vineyards located in the hills of the region of Marche. It is a flagship wine of our producer, because it has uninterruptedly been produced since 1985. The Tornamagno is subjected to a careful, long fermentation. It is aged for more than 2 years in stainless steel tanks, then more than one year in French oak barriques, after that matures in the bottle. A fruity Montepulciano combines harmoniously with a decided, tannic Sangiovese.
Color: intense ruby red with burgundy reflections, shimmering.
Aroma: intense, rich, complex, notes of ripe fruit and cherry jam, rose petals and dried flowers.
Flavor: strong, velvety, warm, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with juicy meats with aromatic herbs, truffles, beef, pork, game, lamb flavoured with garlic and rosemary.

A dry white wine made of native Campania grape Fiano. The best wine in the whole range of Scuotto. The ripe grapes of Fiano are hand-picked in the first week of November. Fermentation is done in 25 hl Alsatian oak casks. After 12 months the wine is bottled without any filtration and stabilization. The result of such natural process is „Oi Ni” surprises with potential and character, depending on the vintage. The name comes from a greeting in dialect, literally meaning „Hey boy”, probably full of vigor and childish dreams, aptly depicting the wine. The top wine in the range of Scuotto won many awards among which Oscar del Vino 2016 assigned by Gambero Rosso. Powerful, concentrated and rich white wine for persons who can appreciate the noble enological richness of Irpinia.
Color: shimmering gold.
Aroma: complex, rich, fruity and floral, notes of peach, rose, honey, dried apricot, magnolia, pineapple, wild dill, toasted nuts, candied fruit.
Flavor: dry, warm, soft.
Food matching: ideal for fois gras, blue, seasoned, goat cheeses. An excellent wine to contemplate.

Dry white wine from Piedmont‘s native Cortese grape. The grateful grape variety, dominating throughout the Piedmont, called Cortese - which means polite, nice, depending on the method of vinification and the zone of origin gives great wine of Gavi type or a simple wine to drink with a meal, as our Piemonte Cortese. Delicate and light tastes good with fish and white meats.

Dry white wine made from native Sardinia grape Vermentino, from the zone of Gallura. The provinces of Olbia and Sassari in the north-eastern part of the island are characterized by mountainous areas and granite soils, big temperature differences between day and night. Therefore, the white Vermentino is well naturalized in such conditions and it‘s the only wine of Sardinia that was awarded DOCG status. Ugone III is the name of a famous Sardinian ruler, which went down in history as a brave defender of the island against the invasions of Aragonians. A dense, even oily Vermentino, delighting by colour, structure and aromas. A fine wine with sea food and also with white meats in sauce.
