Dry red wine of the indigenous Venetian grapes, Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Corvinone. This is the kind of a Valpolicella Classico Superiore called Ripasso. The Italian term means a special vinification technique, involving the fermentation on Valpolicella grapes, which were used in the production of Amarone, the most precious wines of Valpolicella belonging to the species. This process continues for about 15 days, after which the wine is subjected to aging in wooden casks for over a year. Ripasso wine is strongly built and elegant.

Aroma: complex, notes of ripe cherries and spices.
Flavor: warm, velvety.

A dry red wine of Piedmont‘s autochthonous Nebbiolo grape. This is another version of Barbaresco from the same manufacturer, coming from a vineyard called Cavanna, located in the village of Barbaresco with exposure to the West. Like other versions of this noble wine, it is aged in large Slovenian oak barrels for 24 months and in the bottle for at least six months .

Aroma: notes of cherries, preserves of red fruit, violet, rose; delicate notes of spices, resin.

Dry red wine made from native Tuscany grapes Sangiovese and Colorino. A Chianti originating from the sub-zone of Rufina, located near Florence. It makes 5% of the whole Chianti region, and the wines produced in this sub-zone are considered classic of Chianti, which is famous and well-known in the whole world. Fruity notes of cherry and blackberry combine harmoniously with a deep and velvety structure. The Chianti Rufina is vinified in stainless steel, but part of the wine matures in oak barrels, thus the wine maintains rich aromas and taste not overwhelmed by wooden and vanilla notes. Dry white sparkling wine obtained from a blend of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay. This is another sparkling wine from this producer distinguished by very high quality. The category ‘Brut‘ indicates that sugar level is below 12gr/l. Prolonged fermentation makes the wine has excellent aroma qualities and flavor, with a delicate hint of yeast and bread crust.

Dry white wine made from native Sardinia grape varieties Vernaccia and Vermentino. An extremely elegant and original wine aged in small French oak barrels. It comes from the Valle del Tirso zone, the River Tirso Valley, in the north-eastern part of the isle. The name Terresinis is a picturesque territory of the Sinis penisula. In general Sardinia is assocciated with Vermentino, however in this zone has in its offer also equally good but less known Vernaccia. Delicate and at the same time well-structured, aromatic and rich. A wine that will certainly satisfy white wine lovers.

Aroma: aromatic, notes of ripe pineapple, melon, a hint of vanilla.
Flavor: full, soft, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with fish and sea food based dishes, white meats in sauce.

A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape. The documentary evidence of this variety dates from the XVIII century. Besides the Sangiovese it is one of the most popular red varieties in Central Italy. The Colline Teramane subzone, Italian for the hills around Teramo, was granted the DOCG status in 2003 and the quality or the wines from here is obtained thanks to the favorable microclimate and vicinity to the Adriatic Sea. An excellent 2007 vintage made it possible to create an equally good riserva made from careful selection of grapes, full-bodied and extremely fruity. It was aged in wood and for a few months in the bottle.

Aroma: rich, complex, notes of cherry, red currant, cocoa, liquorice.

Dry white wine made from native Sardinia grape Vermentino.
There are perfect growing conditions on the isle for the grape that prefers a sea climate. It originated in the western coast of the Bay of Oristano. The name Benas is the Sardinian dialect for veins, as for wine indicating rather subterranean springs, from which bursts crystal clear water.
The Vermentino of Oristano is a well-structured wine of beautiful shimmering colour with a subtle aroma note.

A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Barbera, originating from the Alba zone. Vineyards are located in the town of Monforte, about 300 meters above sea level.
