A dry red wine from the Cabernet Sauvignon. This French grape well naturalized in eastern Veneto, here doesn‘t give great and structured wines. They are light, soft, tannic and gently fruity exactly like Ornella‘s Cabernet. This carefully worked out wine with intense color, not aged in wood, goes well with meat roasts.
Color: intense red.
Aroma: notes of ripe red fruit, blackberry.
Flavor: dry, fresh.
Food matching: excellent with white meats roasts, stewed meats, hard cheeses.

A dry red wine from the Malbec. This grape variety originates in France, yields quite tannic berries with intense color. Malbech from eastern Veneto is a fresh wine with gently balanced acidity and pronounced fruit notes. Not aged in wood, matured only for a few months in stainless steel tanks. It‘s a good accompaniment to many dishes, especially based on meats.

A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grapes Barbera, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo. As great fans of Piedmont we always search for wines like “Le Sorelle”, Italian for Sisters. A blend of three local grape varieties is a real pleasure to the taste, as it vary from ordinary single variety wines, which, however, are considered the most noble. A very approachable wine, rich in fruit, with gentle acidity and consistence. Aged for 3 months in big oak casks. Certainly a well done wine of Virna and Ivana sisters.

Dry white wine of native Piedmont grape Arneis. This is one of the best white wines of Piedmont, which comes from the left bank of the river Tanaro, Roero zone. Our supplier buys grapes in the town of Castagnito and then vinifies them in its own cellars. In the Piedmontese dialect Arneis is fractious and unruly character. Similarly, this wine tastes - is expressed, strong and distinctive.

Na Vota, in the piedmontese dialect signifying

a challenge. The year 1990 was a challenge for the Cavallero brothers, because their Ruché was harvested for the first time. If there are unique wines that can‘t be made elsewhere than its own, proper territory, Ruché is certainly among them. This wine is made from a selection of grapes derived from four Cantine‘s vineyards. Depending on quality every year the yields from certain vineyards are different. Chalky soils are ideal for growing of this aromatic variety. The entire process of fermentation and ageing is given only in stainless steel tanks, therefore this wine maintains its unique aroma and freshness. Color: ruby red with violet reflections.

A sweet white dessert lightly sparkling wine of the native grape of Piemonte, Moscato Bianco. This aromatic grape, dominating in Piemonte, and exactly in the Province of Asti, of the Moscato Bianco variety - White Moscato is also called nectar of the Gods, because of its sweetness. The wine produced from this vine is known throughout the world, also in Spumante version. Valamasca is a valley where is cultivated Moscato d‘Asti and an accurate translation of the name is Valle delle Masche what in the Piemontese dialect means valley of ghosts. This wine includes all aromas of the Moscato grape - orange blossom, sage, peach. It can be drunk any time of the day, whatever the occasion.
