A dry white wine from the Chardonnay grape. This wine is a Frizzante version that is delicately sparkling. Thanks to the natural process of fermentation of wine in the stainless steel tanks of the autoclave type for several months created is a very fresh and light Chardonnay wine matching best with aperitifs and pleasant to drink during heat wave.

A dry white wine made of native Campania grape Fiano. The best wine in the whole range of Scuotto. The ripe grapes of Fiano are hand-picked in the first week of November. Fermentation is done in 25 hl Alsatian oak casks. After 12 months the wine is bottled without any filtration and stabilization. The result of such natural process is „Oi Ni” surprises with potential and character, depending on the vintage. The name comes from a greeting in dialect, literally meaning „Hey boy”, probably full of vigor and childish dreams, aptly depicting the wine. The top wine in the range of Scuotto won many awards among which Oscar del Vino 2016 assigned by Gambero Rosso. Powerful, concentrated and rich white wine for persons who can appreciate the noble enological richness of Irpinia.
Color: shimmering gold.
Aroma: complex, rich, fruity and floral, notes of peach, rose, honey, dried apricot, magnolia, pineapple, wild dill, toasted nuts, candied fruit.
Flavor: dry, warm, soft.

A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape. The documentary evidence of this variety dates from the XVIII century. Besides the Sangiovese it is one of the most popular red varieties in Central Italy. The Colline Teramane subzone, Italian for the hills around Teramo, was granted the DOCG status in 2003 and the quality or the wines from here is obtained thanks to the favorable microclimate and vicinity to the Adriatic Sea. An excellent 2007 vintage made it possible to create an equally good riserva made from careful selection of grapes, full-bodied and extremely fruity. It was aged in wood and for a few months in the bottle.
Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of cherry, red currant, cocoa, liquorice.
Flavor: warm, soft, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with meat roasts, grilled meats.

A dry white wine from the Pinot Grigio grape variety. The Pinot grape family of French origin is well naturalized in the mild climate of Estern Veneto. The local Pinot Grigio wine with slightly fruity and floral notes is distinguished by good structure. As other wines from our producer Pinot Grigio was fermenting in contact with noble remains of grapes for several months.

A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grapes Sangiovese and Canaiolo. An excellent Chianti from the Colli Senesi sub-zone, aged for a few months in small French oak barrels, barriques. Like each wine from Montenidoli is unique, well-structured, reminding of cherry and delighting by the harmony of traditional wine from around Siena.

A sweet white wine from the native Tucan grapes Trebbiano Toscano and San Colombano. Thanks to the commitment and great care of Fattoria the result is an excellent Vin Santo. First the grapes are dried on special grids from December until March (depending on the vintage) the following year after the harvest, then after rigorous selection only the best grapes are transformed into the wine. The process of fermentation is done in small 100- litre barrels (caratelli) made from various wood, chestnut, cherry, oak and mulberry. As many as 5 years of ageing is necessary to make a small bottle of Vin Santo, which then you can savour with great pleasure. An outstanding wine, charming and worth recommendation.
Color: amber with copper hues.
Aroma: sweet, notes of honey, dry apricots, figs, dates, ethereal.
Flavor: warm, velvety, very finesse.
Food matching: because of its elegance and great structure we do not recommend the classic pairing with Tuscan cantucci, it would be too banal. You will get more satisfaction if contemplate with it in the late tranquil afternoon or in the evening. Excellent with matured goat and sheep cheeses or with a good Tuscan liver terrine.

Dry white wine of Campanian indigenous grape called Agostinella. Comes from vineyards located in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. No doubt this is an oenological curiosity on the wine map of Italy. This ancient grape variety has always been known to owners of vineyards located in the surroundings of Benevento and Castelvenere, but completely unknown for a wide mass of wine lovers. Only during the last few years was popularized and became a focus for ampelographers - experts in the field of origin and classification of grape varieties. Agostinella is a wine with rich aroma notes, soft and very pleasant to the palate.

Dry white sparkling wine from the Chardonnay variety, belonging to the typology of Franciacorta. It is a type of wine whose fermentation process takes place according to the classical method of producing champagne, was used in the Champagne region in France and in the Cava region in Spain. Franciacorta is a small area located in the Lombardy region around Brescia. Thanks to the favorable climate and soil conditions the local winemakers produce highest quality sparkling wines here, mainly from Chardonnay. As a result of the fact that the time of maturation of the wine on yeasts is extremely long, from 18 to 60 months, Franciacorta is considered one of the best sparkling wines in the whole world. For the category Brut aging rate is 24 months. Elegance and excellence in one wine.

Sandy soils with marly layers typical for this area are favorable for growing white grapes. In the Piedmontese dialect Arneis is a person with extraordinary temperament. Similarly, this wine tastes - expressive, strong and distinctive.
