Sweet dessert white wine made from indigenous Moscato variety. White Moscato of Piedmont in passito is a naturally sweet dessert wine. The grapes undergo the drying process in specially air-conditioned rooms, next follows the process of vinification. First the naturally sweet nectar of the grapes is fermented in small French oak barrels, then it is bottled. Thanks to this process, the wine takes on marked aromas and strong power.
Color: yellow, amber.
Aroma: aromatic, dried fruit, vanilla and almonds.
Flavor: sweet, velvety.
Food matching: perfect for desserts, nut cakes, zabaione creams.
Serving temperature: 10°/12°C.

Pancratiumrefers to the name of the valley located between the towns of Vinchio and Vaglio, called San Pancratium - The Holy Pancrazio, who is the patron saint of winemakers associated in the cooperative. A distinctive wine, with an excellent flavor and depth, note of sweetness balances a winey bouquet typical of Barbera.Color: intense burgundy.
A dry red wine of the autochthonous Sangiovese variety with an addition of Merlot. The name ‘Vigna Casi’ refers to a vineyard situated in the hills up to 450 meters. The indication ‘Riserva’ means the long ageing period of wine, which is used only for the best vintages. The 2005 vintage in Tuscany was good, thus the producer decided to make ‘Riserva’. The wine was aged in the proportion 50 to 50 in Slovenian oak barrels for 18 months and in French oak barriques (225l) for another 12 months, than was matured in bottle for another one year. Thanks to such a careful ageing process is crated a really great wine.
Colour: intense ruby red Aroma: fruity and floral notes of cherries, licorice, hyacinth, as derivatives of the aging tactile notes of vanilla, leather, tobacco, spices, soft tannins. Flavor: velvety, harmoniuous. Connecting to the food: meat-based dishes, including grilled meats, venison, cured cheese. Serving temperature 18° - 20 ° C. Alcohol content 13.5%
A dry white wine of Trebbiano di Abruzzo with a small addition of Passerina and Chardonnay. The Trebbiano is a white grape variety, popular all over Italy, naturalized in the northern as well as central and southern part of the country. Easily thrives in various climate conditions and gives many grapes. Depending on the method of vineyard cultivation it delivers a very good wine like Venetian Soave and Lugana. Trebbiano di Abruzzo is also an example of quality wine. The grape is well naturalized in hillside vineyards reaching 500 meters above sea level and gives well-structured and aromatic wines.
Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: rich, long lasting, notes of citrus and tropical fruit.
Flavor: crisp, fresh, mineral.
Food matching: excellent with fish-based dishes, boiled and raw vegetables.

A dry red wine made from native Sicily grapes, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappucino. It comes from vineyards situated between 650 and 750 meters above sea level, on the slopes of the Etna volcano. The volcanic soil, on which grapes thrive, rich in minerals and lava, make the wines from the Etna DOC zone are characterized by rich aromas and unique delicateness. This wine was aged for 8 months in wood, in small French oak barrels - barriques, and then in large casks. A special selection of grapes originating from a vineyard called Fondo Filara.
Color: ruby red.
Aroma: vinous, notes of red fruits, spice and liquorice.
Flavor: warm, soft, round.
Food matching: excellent with meat-stuffed ravioli, grilled ribs, lamb roast.

A dry red wine from Tuscan indigenous grape Sangiovese. A splendid Riserva vintage 2011 from special selection of Sangiovese grapes originating from a single vineyard called Tenuta La Gabbiola. It’s a classic Chianti, made with care, with organic wine certificate. The 2011 vintage was very good in Tuscany, some say it was a classic year, therefore it was possible to produce Riserva. Aged for 20 months in 2500 litre oak casks. The wine reflects the power and finesse of great Tuscan grape. Soft structure, power of alcohol and depth of aromas combine into the one whole. The lovers of classic Tuscan wines surely will be satisfied.
Color: deep, intense ruby red
Aroma: intense, long lasting, notes of cherry, blackberry, violet, iris with accents of spices and tobacco.
Flavor: warm, soft, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with ragout lasagna, grilled meats, Florence steak, roast meat with sauce, all kinds of pork (also roast piglet).

A dry white wine of the Pinot Grigio grape variety. The Pinot grape family of French origin is well naturalized in the mild climate of Estern Veneto. The local Pinot Grigio wine with slightly fruity and floral notes is distinguished by a good structure. As other wines from our producer Pinot Grigio was fermenting in contact with noble remains of grapes for several months.
Color: brilliant straw yellow.
Aroma: pear and apple notes, slightly pepper note.
Flavor: dry, firm, mineral, harmonious.
Food matching: best with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, soups, white meats and fish.

A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon. The name Cinque Colli signifying five hills is related to the zone of wine‘s origin, Controguerra. This zone consist of five towns in the province of Teramo win the northern part of the Abruzzo region. The riserva 2007 was aged for more than one year in wood and for a few months in the bottle. A blend of the local Montepulciano with Cabernet Sauvignon gives a robust wine, harmonious and warm.
Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of black currant, blackberry, cocoa, black pepper.
Flavor: warm, soft, balanced.
Food matching: excellent with meat roasts, mainly beef, lamb, venison.
Serving temperature: 18°/20°C.
