Dry white wine of Campanian native Falanghina grape. It comes from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Monte Taburno, the Taburno Mount, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. This grape variety had already been known in the Roman times, but was well naturalized in these areas at the beginning of the XIX century. The suitable climate, especially big temperature differences between day and night, provide excellent growing conditions for this white grape variety. Falanga in Latin means a pole supporting the vine, hence the name of the wine and grape variety. This is a well-structured wine, soft and with marked mineral note. Falanghina is one of the most famous wines of Campania, appreciated by so famous wine experts as Luigi Veronelli, which wrote about it: authentic and precious treasure.
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: complex, notes of white ripe fruit, sage leaf.
Flavor:fresh, soft, mineral .
Food matching: perfect with aperitif, fish-based dishes, especially carpaccio of raw fish; grilled, marinated, fried fish; sea food-based sauce, mozzarella-type cheese like bufala campana.

A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Nebbiolo, from Lampia and Michet varieties. Originating from Virna’s best vineyards: La Preda and Cannubi Boschis from around Barolo, Cerviano Merli and Sottocastello di Novello near the town Novello. Riserva is made only for best vintages, which can guarantee longevity of wine, and the year 2010 certainly was one of the best. Careful selection of grapes and long processing of this wine consist in its ageing. First the wine from single vineyards matures in big Slovenian oak casks and French oak tonneaux of 300 to 500 liters. After that 3000 liters of wine is selected to combine with the wine coming from single crus, and such blend ages for next 12 to18 months in a barrel of 3000 liters. This way is obtained an outstanding Riserva for special occasions or to meditate with.
Color: very intense ruby red.
Aroma: fresh, notes of red fruits with a hint of vanilla.
Flavor: raw, full, rich, tannic.
Food Matching: ideal for dishes based on meat, excellent with beef steaks, long seasoned chesses.
Serving temperature: 17°/18°C in large glasses like Burgundy.

Dry red wine of Campanian native grape variety called Aglianico. This wine named Barolo of the south not without reason is compared to the great wine of Piedmont. Aglianico is an ancient grape, naturalized in the south part of Italy since centuries. It was introduced here by the Greeks, and received its name from the word Elleanico. Aglianico of our producer comes from vineyards situated in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The local clone of this grape is called Aglianico del Taburno and is characterized by the best quality among the grape family of Aglianico. The volcanic and sandy soils and big temperature differences between day and night are suitable for its growing. Such vinegrowing conditions are provided in the Sannio zone. The local Aglianico is ripe at the end of October and the harvest is done during November. It is a wine with a big potential for ageing. With time enhances its values and broadens an array of aromas. Aglianico del Sannio was aged for six months in wood barrels and for the following six months in the bottle.

Flavor: dry, warm, harmonious.
Food matching: perfect throughout the meal, dishes based on highly flavored white meats.

Sweet white dessert sparkling wine of Piedmont‘s native Moscato Bianco grape variety (White Moscato). It is an aromatic grape orginating in the classical area around Asti, and is considered the best among the whole Moscato grape family because of its aromatic flavor. The production of this sweet sparkling wine began in the mid-nineteenth century and Asti Spumante has been enjoying great success up to the present throughout the world. It is a great companion to desserts and a naturally sweet and aromatic wine to sip.

Aroma: aromatic, notes of white peach, orange blossom, ripe grapes.

A dry white sparkling wine made from native Veneto grape Glera. It’s Prosecco in Superiore Brut version, little more dry than Extra Dry, with the sugar content below 6 gr/l. Long lasting bubbles or perlage highlight its unique freshness and gentle fruity aromas. An extremely pleasant wine.

A dry red wine made from native Puglia grapes, Negroamaro and Black Malvasia. The Riserva Speciale of Copertino Rosso is the best wine in the whole range of our producer. Thanks to a special selection of grapes and careful fermentation process this Riserva is of very high quality. It was aged for two years in wood, therefore is a full, velvety and harmonious wine. One can savour it without end, because it expresses the whole richness of the vineyards of southern Puglia.
Color: very intense burgundy.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of dry plum, cocoa, pepper, vanilla.
Flavor: warm, soft, elegant, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with meat-based dishes, also grilled meats.

A dry white wine made from the Sauvignon grape. The favorable climate of Friuli, the eastern area of the Colli Orientali zone with gentle hills, the close proximity to the sea and sandy-clayey soils provide excellent conditions to cultivation of grapes, particularly of white grape varieties. The Sauvignon of this region delights with its fragrant bouquet and full body.
Color: straw yellow with greenish hues.
Smell: complex, intense notes of pepper, sage, elderberry.
Taste: rich, soft, long felt in my mouth.
Connecting with food: ideal for dishes based on seafood, fish in sauces and marinades, asparagus risotto .

A dry red wine of Piedmont‘s autochthonous Nebbiolo grape. This is another version of Barbaresco from the same manufacturer, coming from a vineyard called Cavanna, located in the village of Barbaresco with exposure to the West. Like other versions of this noble wine, it is aged in large Slovenian oak barrels for 24 months and in the bottle for at least six months .
Color: burgundy, brilliant.
Aroma: notes of cherries, preserves of red fruit, violet, rose; delicate notes of spices, resin.
Flavor: dry, full, aristocratic.
Food matching: pasta stuffed with meat, venison roasts, red meats, stewed meats .

A dry white sparkling wine made from native Veneto grape Glera. Extremely mild Prosecco in a Superiore Dry version with the sugar content at 25 gr/l. In the range of dry Proseccos this version tastes best with desserts and cakes. A pleasant aroma note and gentle, slightly pronounced sweet taste will please all the lovers of semi-sweet wines.
