A dry pink wine of Basiclicata’s native grape, Aglianico del Vulture. Hard to pronounce the word, Quendernjan, is an albanian for the lower part of Maschito, where are located vineyards yielding Aglianico’s grapes. This pink version of Basiclicata’s great wine is a well-structured, aromatic wine, strong and fine at the same time. Unique in taste, pleasantly mineral, with notes of ripe raspberry and pomegranate, gently almond in the finish. You’ll willingly reach another glass. Properly cooled it tastes best with light appetizers. Excellent with veal scallops.

Barolo Riserva

A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Nebbiolo, from Lampia and Michet varieties. Originating from Virna’s best vineyards: La Preda and Cannubi Boschis from around Barolo, Cerviano Merli and Sottocastello di Novello near the town Novello. Riserva is made only for best vintages, which can guarantee longevity of wine, and the year 2010 certainly was one of the best. Careful selection of grapes and long processing of this wine consist in its ageing. First the wine from single vineyards matures in big Slovenian oak casks and French oak tonneaux of 300 to 500 liters. After that 3000 liters of wine is selected to combine with the wine coming from single crus, and such blend ages for next 12 to18 months in a barrel of 3000 liters. This way is obtained an outstanding Riserva for special occasions or to meditate with.

Aroma: fresh, notes of red fruits with a hint of vanilla.
Flavor: raw, full, rich, tannic.
Food Matching: ideal for dishes based on meat, excellent with beef steaks, long seasoned chesses.

Valtellina Superiore Grumello

Dry red wine of Nebbiolo grapes. It comes from the mountainous region of Lombardy, Valtellina, with terraced vineyards, from the subzone of Grumello. The wine and zone name comes from the name of the castle located there, built in the twelfth century. The characteristics of the climate and soil in Grumello, makes the wine from the local vineyards is characterized by freshness and so called. Bevibilita, which means drinkable or rather pleasure of savoring the wine. It is a very good variety of Valtellina, from the Superiore category indicating a higher alcohol content. The wine aged for two years in large Slovenian oak barrels and then in the bottle, thus is characterized by depth and good structure

This is so called blend that is a composition of two batches of red grapes subjected to the separate process of vinification, next combined in the whole to age in wood. The name Gio’1928 is dedicated to the father of the winery owner - Giovanni born in 1928.

Franciacorta Brut

Dry white sparkling wine from the Chardonnay variety, belonging to the typology of Franciacorta. It is a type of wine whose fermentation process takes place according to the classical method of producing champagne, was used in the Champagne region in France and in the Cava region in Spain. Franciacorta is a small area located in the Lombardy region around Brescia. Thanks to the favorable climate and soil conditions the local winemakers produce highest quality sparkling wines here, mainly from Chardonnay. As a result of the fact that the time of maturation of the wine on yeasts is extremely long, from 18 to 60 months, Franciacorta is considered one of the best sparkling wines in the whole world. The Prosecco made by Ornella belongs to the Millesimato category, that is the vintage on 2011. This wine is delicately dry and its sugar content is between 12 and 20gr/l (Extra Dry). And Gavi is the name of the town and DOCG zone located in the province of Alessandria near the border with Liguria. Cortese from Gavi combines the delicateness of Ligurian wines with structure of Piedmontese. The name Ciarea in the piedmontese dialect signifies a greeting, the word ciao.

ry red wine of Campanian native grapes, Aglianico and Piedirosso with an addition of the local Barbera. Comes from vineyards located in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The ambition of our producer was to create a wine expressing the essential characteristics of the territory. A successful combination of red grape varieties and their careful fermentation with six months’ period of ageing in wood resulted in the wine that is interesting and well-structured.

Aroma: complex, notes of ripe red fruit and jam.
Flavor: dry, warm, velvety.
Food matching: dishes of Mediterranean cuisine based on meats.
