Dry red wine of the native Schiava Gentile and Lagrein grapes. Santa Maddalena is a district of Bolzano, which is considered as the best area for growing strain Schiava. Wine originating from these areas has good fruit and a hint of a good structure. Delicately marked tannins combine well with freshness of the wine.

Aroma: notes of ripe cherries, plums, raspberries, dark chocolate.
Flavor: gentle, soft.
Food matching: very good to roast red meats, goes well with most dishes.

A dry white sparkling wine made from native Veneto grape Glera. The Conegliano-Valdobbiadene appellation has 5 000 ha altogether, but only 106 ha belongs to the Cartizze subzone. Thanks to the unique microclima and morenic-clayey soil with sandy layers this excellent subzone yields a unique Prosecco, mild, aromatic and exquisite. To highlight its rich aromas and flavors it’s made in the Dry style, with the sugar content up to 22 gr./l.

ry red wine of Campanian native grapes, Aglianico and Piedirosso with an addition of the local Barbera. Comes from vineyards located in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The ambition of our producer was to create a wine expressing the essential characteristics of the territory. A successful combination of red grape varieties and their careful fermentation with six months’ period of ageing in wood resulted in the wine that is interesting and well-structured.
Color: burgundy.
Aroma: complex, notes of ripe red fruit and jam.
Flavor: dry, warm, velvety.
Food matching: dishes of Mediterranean cuisine based on meats.

Dry white wine made from native Sardinia grape Vermentino.
There are perfect growing conditions on the isle for the grape that prefers a sea climate. It originated in the western coast of the Bay of Oristano. The name Benas is the Sardinian dialect for veins, as for wine indicating rather subterranean springs, from which bursts crystal clear water.
The Vermentino of Oristano is a well-structured wine of beautiful shimmering colour with a subtle aroma note.

Dry white sparkling wine with Chardonnay, belonging to the category Franciacorta Millesimato or Vintage Champagne. Aged for 40 months on yeasts. Best grapes of Chardonnay derived form 25 years old vineyards and of Pinot Nero from 18 years old vines generate this elegant wine, worth tasting during special occasions.

A dry pink wine. The only pink wine in the whole range of our producer made from Alto Adige’s native red grape variety, Lagrein. The Kretzer is a pink version of this wine which was subjected to a careful process of vinification consisting in using fermentation method as for white wine for a few days in the temperature higher than 15°C, and also the Saignee method. It is a short maceration or contact of the skins with the must to obtain a beautiful shimmering pink color.
Color: light cherry, shimmering.
Aroma: fruity, notes of cherry, red currant.
Flavor: fresh, delicately dry, full.
Food matching: excellent with cured meats like speck or mortadella, with pasta and risotto, pizza, shrimp cocktail, delicate fish.

Dry red wine from Piedmont‘s native Dolcetto grape. The name comes from the Italian dolce - sweet, but it does not apply to the species of wine, because it is slightly dry. On the other hand refers to the natural sweetness of the Dolcetto grapes. Thanks to its lightness the wine tastes especially the ladies and in addition goes well with practically every meal, provided that they are not heavy and structural dishes.
Color: ruby red with violet hues.
Aroma: delicate, fruity, violet.
Flavor: slightly tannic, harmonious.
Food matching: entire meal, from appetizers to the main course.

Dry white wine of native Piedmont grape Arneis. This is one of the best white wines of Piedmont, which comes from the left bank of the river Tanaro, Roero zone. Our supplier buys grapes in the town of Castagnito and then vinifies them in its own cellars. In the Piedmontese dialect Arneis is fractious and unruly character. Similarly, this wine tastes - is expressed, strong and distinctive.

A dry white wine made from the indigenous TAI grape variety. This is the local name for the Tokai Friulano variety, which is widespread in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. An extremely pleasant wine, delicate and slightly aromatic. It is a great accompaniment to aperitifs and many light dishes.

A dry white wine varietal of the autochthonous Arneis variety of Piedmont. Denomination includes all the Langhe area, so the label of the wine is to determine the Langhe Arneis DOC. The character and flavors of this wine are very similar to the Roero Arneis, this wine is just as strong and decisive.
