A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape. The documentary evidence of this variety dates from the XVIII century. Besides the Sangiovese it is one of the most popular red varieties in Central Italy. The Colline Teramane subzone, Italian for the hills around Teramo, was granted the DOCG status in 2003 and the quality or the wines from here is obtained thanks to the favorable microclimate and vicinity to the Adriatic Sea. An excellent 2007 vintage made it possible to create an equally good riserva made from careful selection of grapes, full-bodied and extremely fruity. It was aged in wood and for a few months in the bottle.
Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of cherry, red currant, cocoa, liquorice.
Flavor: warm, soft, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with meat roasts, grilled meats.

Dry white wine from the indigenous Gewürztraminer grape. This is called Aromatic Traminer, and its name comes from the village, from which it derives - Tramin, in Italian called Termeno. From the German Gewürze means spicy, aromatic.This belongs to a small group of wines made from aromatic grape varieties, with a strong scent, characterized by a lychee fruit aftertaste and a high alcohol content.
Color: golden-yellow.
Aroma: intense, notes of rose petals, cloves, lychee fruit, notes of smoked meats such as Shpek.
Flavor: full, fresh, elegant.
Food matching: highly seasoned dishes, especially roast chicken with spices, stewed beef, Asian cuisine.

Dry red wine from the indigenous Venetian grapes, Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Molinara and Rondinella. Ca Vegar is the local dialect for the name of the estate, Cantina Castelnuovo del Garda.The Superiore style indicates a higher alcohol content. The wine from a vineyard called Renaldo was matured in oak barrels for over a year. It is a wine of low acidity, with good texture and delicate fruity aromatic notes.

Sweet red lightly sparkling dessert wine. Unique in its kind because it is made from aromatic Brachetto grape variety - grown only in the Piedmont. Nivasco is the name of the valley, not too sunny and secluded by a stretch of woods, where are located the vineyards from which derives the Brachetto. Aromatic grapes are characterized by a high intensity of fragrances which then is marked in the wine. Thanks to its natural fermentation this light and pleasant wine with a lively and brilliant color retains its original aromas of strawberry and wild strawberry with a delicate hint of musk.

Dry white wine from Piedmont‘s native Cortese grape. The grateful grape variety, dominating throughout the Piedmont, called Cortese - which means polite, nice, depending on the method of vinification and the zone of origin gives great wine of Gavi type or a simple wine to drink with a meal, as our Piemonte Cortese. Delicate and light tastes good with fish and white meats.
Color: straw-yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: delicate, fruity, notes of tropical fruit.
Flavor: crisp, harmonious.
Food matching: perfect for an aperitif and with light dishes based on fish and white meats.

A dry white wine of native Marche grape Verdichio. Its classic zone of origin is Castelli di Jesi - more than ten towns located near Jesi, among which Cupramontana, the town our producer is based. The vineyards are situated 360m above sea level on the area which once was the sea. This Verdicchio version called Anfora, harvested manually, is top of the range. The characteristic bottle is closely linked with this great white wine. It was introduced in the 1950-s as the result of a competition that took place in the whole country to highlight the originality of Verdicchio.
Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections, shimmering.
Aroma: quite intense, floral and fruity, notes of acacia, mimosa, kiwi, green apple and grapefruit.
Flavor: dry, fresh, mineral, balanced.
Food matching: perfect for fish and seafood-based starters, fish-based pasta sauces, vegetables, seafood, boiled and fried fish flavored with rosemary, delicate white meats, raw ham, soft sheep cheese.

Caratois derived from the type of wooden barrels in which the white wine matures. Natural grape juice at 12 months of rest in the wood gains its aromatic notes, while keeping the smell and taste of very ripe grapes. As for white wine it is very strong, thus tastes best after a meal. Excellent also as a meditation wine after a generous meal.Color: straw yellow.

A dry red wine from the autochthonous Freisa variety of Piedmont.In the dialect freisa means freesia, or flower, characterized by purple - red color. Hence the wine was named after its colour. The mentions about this grape variety date back to the late XIX-th century, then the wine obtained from the Freisa grape was already well-known and apprieciated, especially in Piedmont. Freisa from our producer was aged in wooden barrels, next was subjected to the short fermentation process in a big tank called ‘autoclave‘ . Hence Freisa is characterized by a slightly sparkling flavor and freshness. This wine is an excellent companion to grassy meats and charcuterie. Freisa of the Langhe region is a dry wine as opposed to Freisa of the Monferrato zone.
Color: ruby red, intense, vivid.
Aroma: winey and fruity notes of cherries, blackberries and raspberries.
Flavor: rich, nicely seasoned.
Food matching: hors d‘oeuvres based on meats, cured meats, pasta dishes, fried dishes, Bagna Cauda sauce of Piedmont.

Dry red wine from native Tuscany grape Prugnolo Gentile. In relation to the basic version of the Nobile wine, Riserva means longer ageing period of wine. This wine was developed from specially selected grapes from a vineyard called Gracciano that gives strong wines with rich texture. The 2007 vintage allowed to make such a selection, because it belongs to the so-called good vintages for Tuscany. Riserva was aged for three years, two of which in large French oak barrels and one year in the bottle. This wine perfectly brings out its values in pairing with dishes based on red meats, preferably beef.
Color: ruby red, with crimson reflections.
Aroma: notes of floral, violet and fruit, cherry, soft wood, leather , tobacco.
Flavor: a warm, velvety, elegant, gently tannic.
Food matching: dishes based on meat sauces, venison, for red meats, seasoned cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18°/20°C (open the bottle at least an hour before serving)

Dry red wine of the autochthonous Barbera d‘Asti of Piedmont. This is another variety of Barbera in our range of wine from Asti region, historically regarded as the kingdom of Barbera, where its grapes give optimum results. Sori in the Piedmontese dialect means the highest and most sunny parts of the hills, the best vineyards. Mori is the term describing Saracens, with whom the inhabitants of the village of Vinchio waged struggle in the Middle Ages, so the Sori dei Mori means Saracens Hills. This wine is young and fresh, vinified only in steel tanks, not aged in wood.
Color: red ruby.
Aromal: vinous, ethereal notes of cherries, plums and violets.
Flavor: dry, harmonious.
Food matching: very well with all the dishes from appetizers to the main course.
