A dry red wine made from native Sicily grape Nero di Avola. It‘s the most popular red grape variety associated with the sunny island. The classic zone of cultivation is located in the mid-southern part of the island, in the province of Syracuse. Nero di Avola from the Fondo Filara range is gentle and fruity contrary to the western part where this grape gives more structured wines. This wine was aged for 6 months in small French oak barrels, barriques.

A dry red wine made from Marche‘s native Montepulciano grape. It originates from the picturesque and hilly vineyards of Monte Conero, located along the Adriatic sea. Dominating in the centre of Italy the Montepulciano produces a dark burgundy, strong and velvety wine. The Nero dei Dori was aged for more than one year in French oak barrels, then in barriques for a short time, after that matured in the bottle. It is an elegant wine full of ripe fruit and warmth of the sunny Adriatic sea.

Dry white wine from native Tuscan grapes Vernaccia, Trebbiano and Malvasia. The name Il Templare is the Italian for the Templar, the legend says that it was their favorite wine. An interesting combination of three varieties of Tuscan whites, matured for 12 months in small French oak barrels, results in a typical wine of the region, very pleasant to the taste and smell, to drink every day.

Dry sweet wine of Campanian grape called Moscato Bianco. White Moscato locally called Moscatelo comes from vineyards located in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The aromatic grape of Moscato is also naturalized here, on clayey-calcareous soils and sunny vineyards in the south. The harvest is done the end of September the beginning of October, when Moscato grapes are very ripe. From grapes full of natural sweetness is obtained an excellent wine in the passito version. This term signifies the fermentation technique called in Italian appassimento that is drying of collected grapes on special racks in air-ventilated rooms. After the harvest grapes concentrate aromatic potential for more than a month and next are transformed into wine. The passito of our producer was aged for six months in wood.

Flavor: sweet, velvety.
Food matching: excellent with desserts based on dry biscuits and cookies, gorgonzola-type cheese and Roquefort. Equally good as a wine for meditation and after the meal..

Dry white wine made from native Sardinia grape Vermentino.
There are perfect growing conditions on the isle for the grape that prefers a sea climate. It originated in the western coast of the Bay of Oristano. The name Benas is the Sardinian dialect for veins, as for wine indicating rather subterranean springs, from which bursts crystal clear water.
The Vermentino of Oristano is a well-structured wine of beautiful shimmering colour with a subtle aroma note.

Aroma: delicate, notes of citrus and white flowers.
Flavor: fresh, full, long lingering aftertaste.
Food matching: goes best with sea food spaghetti, shrimps and crustaceans, asparagus risotto, fish-based dishes.

A dry pink wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape. A pink version of Montepulciano called Cerasuolo is a wine variety appreciated and liked all over Italy. A short contact of the grape skins and the must doesn’t reflect the whole chromatic potential of Montepulciano, hence cherry red color of wine, plenty of fresh flavors and crisp fruit aromas. Tastes best in summer properly chilled.

Dry red wine made from the autochthonous Piedmontese Barbera d‘Alba grape. The Barbera is one of the oldest and most popular grape varieties of Piedmont. Depending on the zone in which it grows, has diffrent aromas and flavors. Barbera from Alba is different from the Barberas of Asti and Monferrato. It has a more intense scent and is less acidic. Barbera d‘Alba from our producer Luigi Giordano is an example of perfection of this traditional Piemontese wine. It comes in a vineyard called Buschet. For 4 months aged in Slovenian oak barrels and then matures for three months in the bottle.
Color: purple.
Aroma: intense, vinous, notes of plums and blackberries.
Flavor: dry, harmonious, warm.
Food matching: large structure first courses, braised and cooked meat, medium seasoned cheeses, cured meats.

Dry red wine with Merlot. A venetian Merlot from the eastern part of the region, from around Pramaggiore. Like every wine from Ornella Bellia it is well made- careful selection of ripe grapes, precise fermentation and ageing for a few months in stainless steel will satisfy enthusiasts of Merlots. A delicate and elegant wine, excellent with mushroom risotto.

Aroma: notes of blackberry, wild grass, red fruits.
Flavor: gently tannic, balanced, pleasant.

A dry red wine of the native Veneto grape Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. The name of the grape variety literally means a bunch of grapes in dark red color. The grape has been widely known since the Roman times and is inseparably linked with the territory of so called Three Venetos. Refosco is a wine that has a beautiful and intensive color. It is not aged in wood, because its value is freshness and vivacity. The Refosco from Ornella comes from the trimmed and sunny vineyards of the Lison Pramaggiore zone.
Color: vivid red with violet reflections.
Aroma: intensive, ripe raspberry and wild blackberry notes.
Flavor: rounded, full bodied, slightly tannic.
Food matching: best with boiled meats, grilled beef with rucola.

A dry red wine made from the indigenous Sangiovese grape variety blended with Merlot in equal proportions. Among all Super Tuscans, this one is definitely in a class of its own. The Siepi vineyard is the oldest of all the family's estates, dating back to 1435. Picturesquely situated at an altitude of 260 meters, surrounded by oak forest, it has a unique microclimate ensured by unlimited sunshine and temperature differences between day and night. In the 1980s, it was decided to plant Merlot here, and the combination of Merlot and Sangiovese in equal proportions was an absolute innovation. That is why Siepi belongs to the elite group of 50 wines that have completely changed the Italian style of winemaking.
Merlot is aged for 18 months in small French oak barrels, 70% of which are new, while Sangiovese is aged in large tonneaux barrels, 70% of which are also new. Perfect balance, incredible power, and delightful complexity make up this wonderful wine. The 2022 vintage is the thirtieth edition of Siepi, each of which has been rated highly by the most renowned wine authorities. A wine for collectors and special occasions.
