A dry white wine from the Moscato Bianco, a Moscato Reale variety from the surroundings of Maschito in Basilicata. It was clearly understood that we were delighted by red Aglianico, but the Biancospino (Italian for hawthorn) was a complete surprise to us. We haven’t long drunk such aromatic Moscato, in addition made as a ‘’secco’’ or dry wine. The aroma of ripe white grapes and equally ripe orange growing under southern sun can delight everybody, almost brilliant color encourages to taste endlessly. Stunning, especially for lovers of moderate dry wines, and certainly for ladies.

Dry white wine from Piedmont‘s native Cortese grape. The grateful grape variety, dominating throughout the Piedmont, called Cortese - which means polite, nice, depending on the method of vinification and the zone of origin gives great wine of Gavi type or a simple wine to drink with a meal, as our Piemonte Cortese. Delicate and light tastes good with fish and white meats.

A dry red wine made from an indigenous grape variety from Abruzzo called Montepulciano. Another classic wine from this region, this time from the Colline Termane appellation (the hills around the city of Teramo), which is classified as the highest quality because it is a controlled and guaranteed designation of origin. If you want a wine that is strong yet delicately tannic, this is the bottle for you. Perfect for autumn and winter evenings, best enjoyed with a hearty beef steak or with a group of friends. Aged in wood for 12 months, its enormous potential surprises with the passage of time and is sure to satisfy all lovers of solid red wines. Awarded a gold medal in the Mundus Vini Biofach Competition.

Dry red wine of Piedmont‘s native Barbera grape. This is a wine with a light ruby color, young and fresh, very light, aged only in steel tanks. As it goes well with most dishes, it is a typical wine for a meal. This is ethereal, delicate and fruity in flavor, with a distinguishable light notes of violets and cherries.

Food matching: very well with all dishes, from appetizers to main dish.

A dry red wine of the autochthonous Barbera d‘Asti grape variety of Piedmont. The grapes were sellected from the vineyards located in the Barbera d‘Asti DOC Nizza subzone. The vineyards are situated in the hills, open to sun, on lime-sandy soils. Laudana is the name of vineyards yielding ripe grapes from which is made this fine wine. Moreover, the zone is considered by the local growers as the best grapegrowing area of Barbera. The harvest is done manually. After ten days of fermentation of grape juice in contact with the skins, part of the fresh wine goes to large wooden casks with a capacity of 750 litres and part to barriques. After 18 months of ageing in wood and next in the bottle, this Laudana wine is ready to drink

Aroma: intensive, ethereal, slightly spicy with notes of delicately expressed wood.
Flavor: velvety, long lasting in the mouth.

A dry red wine of Piedmont‘s native grape, Barbera. Comes from the very heart of Monferrato located in the province of Asti. It‘s a basic version of Barbera, not aged in wood. A fresh and gently fruity red, excellent with every meal, mainly meat based dishes and meat sauces.
Color: ruby red with violet reflections.
Aroma: fruity, fresh, notes of plum, Morello cherry, forest fruit.
Flavor: dry, expressed.
Food matching: excellent with meat based dishes, pasta with meat sauce, grilled meats.

A dry pink wine from the native Basiclicata grape Aglianico del Vulture. Hard to pronounce the word, Quendernjan, is Albanian for the lower part of Maschito, where are located vineyards yielding Aglianico’s grapes. This pink version of Basiclicata’s great wine is a well-structured, aromatic wine, strong and fine at the same time. Unique in taste, pleasantly mineral, with notes of ripe raspberry and pomegranate, gently almond in the finish. You’ll willingly reach another glass. Properly cooled it tastes best with light appetizers. Excellent with veal scallops.
Color: pink, shimmering.
Aroma: aromatic, notes of ripe raspberry, pomegranate.
Flavor: fresh, mineral with subtly marked tannins.
Food matching: perfect with light appetizers, charcuterie; a great match with veal scallops in delicate sauce.

A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape. The documentary evidence of this variety dates from the XVIII century. Besides the Sangiovese it is one of the most popular red varieties in Central Italy. The Colline Teramane subzone, Italian for the hills around Teramo, was granted the DOCG status in 2003 and the quality or the wines from here is obtained thanks to the favorable microclimate and vicinity to the Adriatic Sea. An excellent 2007 vintage made it possible to create an equally good riserva made from a careful selection of grapes, full-bodied and extremely fruity. It was aged in wood and for a few months in the bottle.
Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of cherry, red currant, cocoa, liquorice.
Flavor: warm, soft, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with meat roasts, grilled meats.
Serving temperature: 18°/20°C Before serving this wine should be decanted.

A dry red wine made from native Puglia grape Primitivo. An extremely pleasant wine with rich aromas, soft and warm. One of the most typical Puglian wines, very liked by Polish customers because of its moderate acidity. Delights by its intense color and notes of fruity jam. An necessary accompaniment with grilled meats.
Color: purple red.
Aroma: complex, notes of ripe cherry, chestnut, almond, chocolate, plum jam.
Flavor: warm, soft.
Food matching: excellent with cured meats and meats, mainly grilled, and also with beef burgers.
