Dry red wine, Nebbiolo strain. This is a wine of the Valtellina variety in Sfursat version, coming from a special selection of grapes and produced only for the best vintages. This wine is very strong and elegant. The grapes were subjected to the process of drying in special rooms, properly ventilated, so-called Fruttaio. These Fruttaio of our producer is called Ca Rizzieri and is located at an altitude of 500 m above sea level. With a few months of drying the grapes and maturing the wine for 15 months in French oak barrels, and for over a year in the bottle, Sfursat takes excellent structure and harmony. The wine is the best product in the range of our producer Aldo Rainoldi. It is also the result of passion and commitment to the quality of the great wines of the Valtellina produced by him. Fruttatio Ca ‘Rizzieri is a wine for special occasions, also a meditation after the meal.

The Prosecco made by Ornella belongs to the Millesimato category, that is the vintage on 2011. This wine is delicately dry and its sugar content is between 12 and 20gr/l (Extra Dry). Dry red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Catelvetro is characterized by intense fruity-winey notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, this is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The secco or dry version is a classic of Lambrusco. The wine, light and pleasant to drink, goes well with the local cuisine of Modena as well with cured meats and fatty dishes like shank of veal or hand of pork.

Lugana is an interesting and unique white wine that comes from vineyards located on the south side of Lake Garda, on the border of the provinces of Verona (Veneto) and Brescia (Lombardy). Known already in ancient Roman times, Lugana was granted the DOC status in 1967. Now is very popular, Lugana is excellent as an aperitif (served in the walking zones of Garda) and as an accompaniment to sweet water fish and starters. Its basic version is fresh, slightly citrussy, the Superiore and Riserva versions are decisively more consistent, Passito and Spumante are for lovers of Lugana that prefer more original releasings of this wine.

Dry red wine of Campanian native grape variety called Aglianico. This wine named Barolo of the south not without reason is compared to the great wine of Piedmont. Aglianico is an ancient grape, naturalized in the south part of Italy since centuries. It was introduced here by the Greeks, and received its name from the word Elleanico. Aglianico of our producer comes from vineyards situated in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The local clone of this grape is called Aglianico del Taburno and is characterized by the best quality among the grape family of Aglianico. The volcanic and sandy soils and big temperature differences between day and night are suitable for its growing. Such vinegrowing conditions are provided in the Sannio zone. The local Aglianico is ripe at the end of October and the harvest is done during November. It is a wine with a big potential for ageing. With time enhances its values and broadens an array of aromas. Aglianico del Sannio was aged for six months in wood barrels and for the following six months in the bottle.
