A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese. The Riserva vintage, 2011, made from the grapes originating from a small 2ha vineyard cultivated only with Sangiovese. A unique terroir makes the wine extremely soft and fresh. In addition, the organic wine certificate guarantees natural merits of Riserva from the Chianti Colli Fiorentini subzone. Aged for almost one year in 2500 litre oak casks, great structure and rich aromas, but above all fresh and fruity notes of Sangiovese.

Sweet white wine, a passito version or obtained from dried grapes. The harvest of very ripe grapes of Incrocio Manzoni is done in the middle of September. Next the grapes are stored on wooden racks in special air-ventilated rooms. This way they lose about 30% of initial weight to accumulate sugars and aromas. The vinification done only in December results in a wine distinguished by natural sweetness and unique bouquet. The name „Pensiero d’amore” is Italian for „a gift of love” or “love thoughts”. When creating this wine the idea of Ornella and her family was to make a gift for their friends and relatives, she wanted to appreciate them this way. It’s the only wine of this kind in the range of Ornella Bellia.

Aroma: rich, notes of ripe tropical fruits, citruses, honey, vanilla.
Flavour: sweet, harmonious, balanced.
Food matching: excellent with cream desserts; a wine to meditate with, that goes well also with soft cheeses.

A dry white wine of Piedmont‘s native grape, Cortese. The variety naturalized in Piedmont for centuries gives fresh white wines, very ripe and delicate. And Gavi is the name of the town and DOCG zone located in the province of Alessandria near the border with Liguria. Cortese from Gavi combines the delicateness of Ligurian wines with structure of Piedmontese. The name Ciarea in the piedmontese dialect signifies a greeting, the word ciao.

Dry red wine from the indigenous Barbera d‘Asti of Piedmont. This version of Barbera Superiore is derived from Old Vineyards which give the best grapes thanks to the optimal location on the sunny slopes of the hills and the appropriate clayey - limy soils. The selected and careful set of grapes and then the aging process lasting two years of which a minimum of 12 months in French oak barrels makes the Vigne Vecchie a really excellent wine, very strong and elegant.
Color: intense ruby red, with shades of orange.
Aroma: notes of ripe cherries, plums, as derivatives of aging in wood noticeable notes of vanilla, spices, balsamic flavors, tobacco.
Flavor: velvety, full, long-lasting.
Food matching: very good for dishes based on meat and mushroom sauces, roast, stewed and grilled meats, venison, seasoned, blue, spicy cheeses, cheese with herbs.

Dry white wine from Piedmont‘s native Cortese grape. The grateful grape variety, dominating throughout the Piedmont, called Cortese - which means polite, nice, depending on the method of vinification and the zone of origin gives great wine of Gavi type or a simple wine to drink with a meal, as our Piemonte Cortese. Delicate and light tastes good with fish and white meats.

Dry red wine of the autochthonous Barbera d’Asti of Piedmont. The name Tre Vescovi - Three Bishops refers to the meeting place of the bishops of Asti, Alessandria and Acqui Terme on one of the hills, which today belongs to the vineyards of the Cooperative. Anyone who had the pleasure to try this Barbera, certainly confirms its bouquet and a great pleasure to savour. It is a hit among our Barberas. The wine belongs to the category ‘Superiore‘ that is charecterized by higher flavor qualities and alcohol level thanks to the careful selection of grapes and ageing for a minimum of 12 months of which 7 in oak barrel.

A dry red wine of the native Veneto grape Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. The name of the grape variety literally means a bunch of grapes in dark red color. The grape has been widely known since the Roman times and is inseparably linked with the territory of so called Three Venetos. Refosco is a wine that has a beautiful and intensive color. It is not aged in wood, because its value is freshness and vivacity. The Refosco from Ornella comes from the trimmed and sunny vineyards of the Lison Pramaggiore zone.
Color: vivid red with violet reflections.
Aroma: intensive, ripe raspberry and wild blackberry notes.
Flavor: rounded, full bodied, slightly tannic.
Food matching: best with boiled meats, grilled beef with rucola.

Dry red wine of the autochthonous Barbera d‘Asti of Piedmont. This is another variety of Barbera in our range of wine from Asti region, historically regarded as the kingdom of Barbera, where its grapes give optimum results. Sori in the Piedmontese dialect means the highest and most sunny parts of the hills, the best vineyards. Mori is the term describing Saracens, with whom the inhabitants of the village of Vinchio waged struggle in the Middle Ages, so the Sori dei Mori means Saracens Hills. This wine is young and fresh, vinified only in steel tanks, not aged in wood.

Aromal: vinous, ethereal notes of cherries, plums and violets.
Flavor: dry, harmonious.
Food matching: very well with all the dishes from appetizers to the main course.

A dry red wine made from native Sicily grapes, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappucino. It comes from vineyards situated between 650 and 750 meters above sea level, on the slopes of the Etna volcano. The volcanic soil, on which grapes thrive, rich in minerals and lava, make the wines from the Etna DOC zone are characterized by rich aromas and unique delicateness. This wine was aged for 8 months in wood, in small French oak barrels - barriques, and then in large casks. A special selection of grapes originating from a vineyard called Fondo Filara.

Aroma: vinous, notes of red fruits, spice and liquorice.

Dry red wine of Nebbiolo grapes. It comes from the mountainous region of Lombardy, Valtellina, with terraced vineyards, from the subzone of Grumello. The wine and zone name comes from the name of the castle located there, built in the twelfth century. The characteristics of the climate and soil in Grumello, makes the wine from the local vineyards is characterized by freshness and so called. Bevibilita, which means drinkable or rather pleasure of savoring the wine. It is a very good variety of Valtellina, from the Superiore category indicating a higher alcohol content. The wine aged for two years in large Slovenian oak barrels and then in the bottle, thus is characterized by depth and good structure
