A dry red wine made from native Puglia grape Primitivo. An extremely pleasant wine with rich aromas, soft and warm. One of the most typical Puglian wines, very liked by Polish customers because of its moderate acidity. Delights by its intense color and notes of fruity jam. Dry red wine made from the autochthonous grape varieties of Veneto, Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. It comes from the hilly vineyards around Verona in the region of Veneto. A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Barbera, originating from the Alba zone. Vineyards are located in the town of Monforte, about 300 meters above sea level. San Giovanni, Italian for Saint John, is the name of cru, a small area vineyard generating grapes of excellent quality. A well-structured Piedmontese Barbera, aged for 14 months in French oak casks. A deep color of this wine and unusual richness of aromas will suit the tastes of most demanding fans of Piedmont wines.

A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Nebbiolo, with Lampia and Michet varieties, originating from a single vineyard called Sarmassa. The area of this zone borders the town of La Morra, characterized by the soil composed mainly of marls, so called marls of Saint Agatha, which give the wine fairly raw, but with excellent structure and great potential to age. Virna’s Barolo Sarmassa ages for 18 months in French oak barrels and casks, after that in stainless steel and for 6 months in the bottle. The 2015 vintage is considered very good as regards Barolo wines, Sarmassa will certainly maintain its potential for many years, however it’s advisable to taste it now and compare after a few years, to discover its longevity and understand its evolution.

Dry white wine of the autochthonous Coda di Volpe grape of Campania. It comes from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The name of the grape variety, literally meaning fox`s tail, is related to the shape of grape cluster. Characterized by a well-marked mineral, almost salty, note, this ancient grape variety, strongly linked to Sannites` territory, is expression of this zone. There was a time when it was used only in a blend with other white grapes, but today established itself as a single-variety wine.
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: complex, notes of white fruit, ripe melon.
Flavor: dry, fresh, mineral.
Food matching: perfect with fish- and sea food-based dishes, oven-baked and grilled fish, with vegetables in delicate sauce.

Dry red wine made from indigenous Sardinian grape Monica di Sardegna. The grape with a beautiful name is one of the oldest vines cultivated on the isle. It is common on the entire territory of Sardinia, while the best areas for its cultivation are located along the coast of the isle. Don Efisio is the name of a historic owner of fish ponds in Cabras. The Monica gives the wine with rich aroma notes, balanced acidity and good structure.
The Superiore style with a higher alcohol content highlights all values of this grape. Not aged in wood.

A dry red wine of the native Puglia grape Primitivo. This wine is named after one of the rulers of Messapia, or the ancient ancestors of the modern inhabitants of Puglia, L’Opis. Apart from a wide range of Primitivos from Manduria, Cantolio offers fans of Primitivo also the ones from Salento. A little lighter, because not aged in wood, with very beautiful aroma notes of black currant and cinnamon, with well-balanced acidity.

Aroma: complex, notes of black currant, raspberry, cinnamon, vanilla.

A dry red wine made from Marche‘s native Montepulciano grape. It originates from the picturesque and hilly vineyards of Monte Conero, located along the Adriatic sea. Dominating in the centre of Italy the Montepulciano produces a dark burgundy, strong and velvety wine. The Nero dei Dori was aged for more than one year in French oak barrels, then in barriques for a short time, after that matured in the bottle. It is an elegant wine full of ripe fruit and warmth of the sunny Adriatic sea.

A dry pink sparkling wine made of native Valtelina grapes, Nebbiolo, Pignola, Rossola. A sparkler made by metodo classico or refermentation on the yeast, from the 2009 vintage, which was very good. Part of the base wine matures in small French oak barrels used for second or third time, part in stainless steel. Two parts of the wine are blended together and then begins a long and careful process of refermentation in the bottle for 60 months. Aldo Rainoldi makes excellent red wines, and this Cuvee is a lush sparkling wine made from a careful selection of grapes originating from the terraced vineyards of Valtelina situated 600 m above sea level. „Nature” is a very dry wine, elegant and solemn at the same time. On special occasions. Only 800 bottles of Cuvee is made for best vintages.
