Dry red wine from the indigenous Venetian grapes, Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Molinara and Rondinella. Dry red wine of Nebbiolo grapes. It comes from the mountainous region of Lombardy, Valtellina, with terraced vineyards, from the subzone of Grumello. The wine and zone name comes from the name of the castle located there, built in the twelfth century. A dry red wine made from native Sardinia grape Nieddera. It is an extremely unique wine made from a grape of ancient origin coming from the zone called Valle del Tirso, the River Tirso Valley. Nieddu is the Sardinian dialect for black, similar is the color of Nieddera wine. Its rich structure not only results from the potential of fruit but also from a special process of vinification. After a few months after the harvest young wine is poured into big French oak barrels called tonneau and into small barriques, in which it matures at constant temperature for 10 months. Rich and consistent with a beautiful aromatic note.

And Gavi is the name of the town and DOCG zone located in the province of Alessandria near the border with Liguria. Cortese from Gavi combines the delicateness of Ligurian wines with structure of Piedmontese. The name Ciarea in the piedmontese dialect signifies a greeting, the word ciao.

A dry wine made from native Piedmont grape Nebbiolo, with Lampia and Michet varieties. Cannubi is one of the most famous appellations of Barolo. Virna has there a small vineyard which gives this great wine. The quality of wines from this zone is the result of two different soils, that is grey-blueish loams, marls rich in calcium compounds (formed between 10 and 7 million years BC), yellowish sandstones (so called sandstones from Diano formed 9 million years BC) and layers of grey sand alternated. Cannubi has great potential and elegance, for which is praised by experts of Barolo. A long and careful making of Barolo from Cannubi consist in ageing for 18 months in French oak casks and 6 months in the bottle. Finesse, harmony and noble origin, all this Cannubi has.

Dry red wine from the native Tuscany grape Sangiovese. Several years ago some Tuscan winemakers started making their Chianti Classico Gran Selezione in the best vintages. These wines are carefully crafted in every detail, starting from the quality of grapes, selected first in the vineyard and then in the winery. The yield is 45 quintals per hectare. The grapes picked only by hand are gathered to 10kg cases. After the fermentation and prolonged maceration of the fruits with the most, which is done in big oak casks. The wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon is transferred into small French oak barrels used for second time, part of the wine made from Sangiovese matures in equally big barrels, but used for second and third time. The ageing time in wood, depending on the vintage, takes from 14 to 18 months. Gran Selezione is a great wine for special occasions. Extremely elegant, noble and harmonious.

Dry red wine made from native Tuscany grapes Sangiovese and Colorino. Another Chianti from the sub-zone Rufina made by Dreolino, this, however, is a reserve Chianti Rufina of the 2016 year. A strong and concentrated wine, that matures for 2 years in small oak barrels called barriques. Reminding of ripe red fruits, full and elegant taste, with long finish. Like all the other Riservas is made only in the best vintages, so it will taste good even after a few years. Best with game: boar, pheasant, hare or long seasoned cheeses.

A dry red wine of the native Puglia grape Primitivo. This wine is named after one of the rulers of Messapia, or the ancient ancestors of the modern inhabitants of Puglia, L’Opis. Apart from a wide range of Primitivos from Manduria, Cantolio offers fans of Primitivo also the ones from Salento. A little lighter, because not aged in wood, with very beautiful aroma notes of black currant and cinnamon, with well-balanced acidity.

A dry white sparkling wine from the native Veneto grape Glera. This variety of wine is called Prosecco and is a very popular sparkling wine among Italians and also connoisseurs throughout the whole world. Thanks to its lightness and freshness the wine is an indispensable companion to aperitifs and all kinds of celebrations. The Prosecco made by Ornella belongs to the Millesimato category, that is the vintage on 2011. This wine is delicately dry and its sugar content is between 12 and 20gr/l (Extra Dry). The grapes of the Glera grape type come from the Prosecco DOC zone.
