A dry white wine of the Sauvignon grape variety. This semi aromatic grape of French origin is well naturalized in Eastern Veneto like Chardonnay. Sauvignon from the line Ornella Bellia is distinguished by intensive, aromatic bouquet, but is a delicate wine that goes well with dishes of regional cuisine based on seafood.

Greco di Tufo

A dry white wine made of the native Campania grape Greco originating from the zone of Irpinia. Greco di Tufo is a white wine belonging to the DOCG category. Some people think that Greco di Tufo is the best wine among all southern Italian wines. The name of the grape, Greco di Tufo, suggests that it was brought along with the ancient Greeks, meanwhile the town of Tufo with its unique microclimate and soils created perfect conditions for growing this grape. The grape set is done in the mid of October, the wine after ageing for a few months in stainless steel is ready to be bottled in the spring after the harvest. Valamasca Moscato di Asti

A sweet white dessert lightly sparkling wine of the native grape of Piemonte, Moscato Bianco. This aromatic grape, dominating in Piemonte, and exactly in the Province of Asti, of the Moscato Bianco variety - White Moscato is also called nectar of the Gods, because of its sweetness. The wine produced from this vine is known throughout the world, also in Spumante version. Valamasca is a valley where is cultivated Moscato d‘Asti and an accurate translation of the name is Valle delle Masche what in the Piemontese dialect means valley of ghosts. This wine includes all aromas of the Moscato grape - orange blossom, sage, peach. It can be drunk any time of the day, whatever the occasion.

ry red wine of Campanian native grapes, Aglianico and Piedirosso with an addition of the local Barbera. Comes from vineyards located in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The ambition of our producer was to create a wine expressing the essential characteristics of the territory. A successful combination of red grape varieties and their careful fermentation with six months’ period of ageing in wood resulted in the wine that is interesting and well-structured.

Aroma: complex, notes of ripe red fruit and jam.
Flavor: dry, warm, velvety.

It is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes originating from the terraced vineyards of Valtelina situated 600 m above sea level. A uniquely harmonious sparkler, the jewel in the crown of Nebbiolo range, great grape of Piedmont and Valtelina, with various manifestations.

Laudana Nizza Barbera d’Asti Superiore

A dry red wine of the autochthonous Barbera d‘Asti grape variety of Piedmont. The grapes were sellected from the vineyards located in the Barbera d‘Asti DOC Nizza subzone. The vineyards are situated in the hills, open to sun, on lime-sandy soils. Laudana is the name of vineyards yielding ripe grapes from which is made this fine wine. Moreover, the zone is considered by the local growers as the best grapegrowing area of Barbera. The harvest is done manually. After ten days of fermentation of grape juice in contact with the skins, part of the fresh wine goes to large wooden casks with a capacity of 750 litres and part to barriques. After 18 months of ageing in wood and next in the bottle, this Laudana wine is ready to drink

Aroma: intensive, ethereal, slightly spicy with notes of delicately expressed wood.
Flavor: velvety, long lasting in the mouth.

Tenuta Scuotto

Oi Ni

A dry white wine made of native Campania grape Fiano. The best wine in the whole range of Scuotto. The ripe grapes of Fiano are hand-picked in the first week of November. Fermentation is done in 25 hl Alsatian oak casks. After 12 months the wine is bottled without any filtration and stabilization. The result of such natural process is „Oi Ni” surprises with potential and character, depending on the vintage. The name comes from a greeting in dialect, literally meaning „Hey boy”, probably full of vigor and childish dreams, aptly depicting the wine. The top wine in the range of Scuotto won many awards among which Oscar del Vino 2016 assigned by Gambero Rosso. Powerful, concentrated and rich white wine for persons who can appreciate the noble enological richness of Irpinia.

Color: shimmering gold.

Aroma: complex, rich, fruity and floral, notes of peach, rose, honey, dried apricot, magnolia, pineapple, wild dill, toasted nuts, candied fruit.

Flavor: dry, warm, soft.

Food matching: ideal for fois gras, blue, seasoned, goat cheeses. An excellent wine to contemplate.
