A dry red wine Basilicata’s native grape, Aglianico del Vulture. The foothills of an extinct volcano are characterized by rich soils . The area around the volcano is surrounded by vineyards planted with Aglianico. This ancient grape variety, probably originating in Greece, gives great wine called also Barolo of the south. Nebbiolo and Aglianico are certainly two different wines, but their common characteristics consist in ageing ability and extraordinary richness of aromas and flavors enhancing best as it ages. Portale Aduca is an excellent example of quality of great Aglianico. Vineyards are situated between 450 and 600 meters above sea level in the classic zone around the town of Maschito near to Venosa. Thanks to the hand-set of grapes, their careful selection and ageing for 12 months in 500l oak barrels this wine delights by color, aromas and rich structure. Adduca is the name of a rich family once lived in Maschito.

A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese with the addition of Canaiolo and Merlot. I Casali is the name of a vineyard from which originate the grapes used to make this wine. The grapes, collected manually, are carefully transformed into wine, which then matures for 12 months in 2500 litre oak casks. Greco di Tufo

A dry white wine made of the native Campania grape Greco originating from the zone of Irpinia. Greco di Tufo is a white wine belonging to the DOCG category. Some people think that Greco di Tufo is the best wine among all southern Italian wines. The name of the grape, Greco di Tufo, suggests that it was brought along with the ancient Greeks, meanwhile the town of Tufo with its unique microclimate and soils created perfect conditions for growing this grape. The grape set is done in the mid of October, the wine after ageing for a few months in stainless steel is ready to be bottled in the spring after the harvest. Richness of structure, aromas and longevity so tastes Greco.

Valamasca Moscato di Asti

A sweet white dessert lightly sparkling wine of the native grape of Piemonte, Moscato Bianco. This aromatic grape, dominating in Piemonte, and exactly in the Province of Asti, of the Moscato Bianco variety - White Moscato is also called nectar of the Gods, because of its sweetness. The wine produced from this vine is known throughout the world, also in Spumante version. Valamasca is a valley where is cultivated Moscato d‘Asti and an accurate translation of the name is Valle delle Masche what in the Piemontese dialect means valley of ghosts. This wine includes all aromas of the Moscato grape - orange blossom, sage, peach. It can be drunk any time of the day, whatever the occasion.

A sweet white sparkling wine with Moscato Giallo (Yellow Moscato). The only wine in the whole zone belonging to DOCG category. Naturally sweet wine with a beautiful name, Fior d’Arancio (Orange Blossom). Like other wines made from aromatic grape Moscato it is naturally sweet and has beautiful aromas, namely of orange blossom and ripe grape bunch. Supporters of sweet wines will be satisfied, it is in the top of Italian sweet wines. More famous locally than internationally, however awarded in many famous wine competitions like Decanter World Award and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. A dry red wine of Piedmont‘s native grape, Ruché. It‘s another Ruché from the same estate labelled Il Cavaliere, Knight. This wine, originating from Cavallero‘s youngest vineyards, is full of vigour and youthful verve. The fermentation and ageing of wine was achieved without use of oak barrels. Compared with Na VotaIL Cavaliere is more aromatic and with expressed notes of spice. Great match with highly flavored dishes.

A dry red wine from Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, Emilia‘s native grape. Our partner from surroundings of Modena decided to invest in biological agriculture. After many efforts and hard work was created a new Lambrusco with a nice label projected by children and called Passion. Without this label there wouldn‘t granted a certificate for biological agriculture and the wine wouldn‘t be invented. The main merit of biological winemaking lies in a very small amount of sulphur dioxide in wines derived from the vineyards, where chemical and synthetic additives are not used.

Aroma: vinous, intense, notes of ripe forest fruits.

Flavor: full, pleasant, crisp.
