Na Vota, in the piedmontese dialect signifying
the beginningsor
a challenge. The year 1990 was a challenge for the Cavallero brothers, because their Ruché was harvested for the first time. If there are unique wines that can‘t be made elsewhere than its own, proper territory, Ruché is certainly among them. This wine is made from a selection of grapes derived from four Cantine‘s vineyards. Depending on quality every year the yields from certain vineyards are different. Chalky soils are ideal for growing of this aromatic variety. The entire process of fermentation and ageing is given only in stainless steel tanks, therefore this wine maintains its unique aroma and freshness.
