A dry white wine of native Marche grape Verdichio. Its classic zone of origin is Castelli di Jesi - more than ten towns located near Jesi, among which Cupramontana, the town our producer is based. The vineyards are situated 360m above sea level on the area which once was the sea. This Verdicchio version called Anfora, harvested manually, is top of the range. The characteristic bottle is closely linked with this great white wine. It was introduced in the 1950-s as the result of a competition that took place in the whole country to highlight the originality of Verdicchio.

Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections, shimmering.
Aroma: quite intense, floral and fruity, notes of acacia, mimosa, kiwi, green apple and grapefruit.
Flavor: dry, fresh, mineral, balanced.
Food matching: perfect for fish and seafood-based starters, fish-based pasta sauces, vegetables, seafood, boiled and fried fish flavored with rosemary, delicate white meats, raw ham, soft sheep cheese.

A dry white wine made from the native Campania grape Falanghina originating from the province of Benevento. A wine with a gentle name and rich profile of aromas and flavors. Like other local Campanian white grapes Falanghina gives well-structured wines. Low acidity but gently crisp, hard to put the glass back down, great match with fish and sea-food.

Aroma: gently fruity, notes of peach and pineapple.

Flavor: dry, crisp, expressed.

Nero dei Dori

A dry red wine made from Marche‘s native Montepulciano grape. It originates from the picturesque and hilly vineyards of Monte Conero, located along the Adriatic sea. Dominating in the centre of Italy the Montepulciano produces a dark burgundy, strong and velvety wine. The Nero dei Dori was aged for more than one year in French oak barrels, then in barriques for a short time, after that matured in the bottle. It is an elegant wine full of ripe fruit and warmth of the sunny Adriatic sea.

Color: intense ruby red, shimmering.
Aroma: intense, complex, notes of ripe cherries.
Flavor: strong, velvety, warm.
Food matching: excellent with roast and grilled meats, game.

Sauvignon

A dry white wine made from the Sauvignon grape. The favorable climate of Friuli, the eastern area of the Colli Orientali zone with gentle hills, the close proximity to the sea and sandy-clayey soils provide excellent conditions to cultivation of grapes, particularly of white grape varieties. The Sauvignon of this region delights with its fragrant bouquet and full body.

Rosso Fosco Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro

Medium-dry red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Castelvetro is characterized by intense winey and fruity notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, it is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The semisecco or medium-dry version is great match for the main course and desserts.

Aroma: aromatic, intense, winey, notes of ripe forest fruit.

Crespino Valtellina Superiore

Dry red wine, Nebbiolo grape. Another version of the wine of Valtellina Superiore denomination called Crespino. The name means that the maturation period of Rosehip coincides with the set of Nebbiolo grapes. This wine has been aged for 15 months in small French oak barrels and then for several months in the bottle. Depending on the quality of the vintage the producer decides to make Crespino, a powerful wine with a great structure.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry

A dry white sparkling wine made from native Veneto grape Glera. Extra dry is the most popular version of this wine, mild dry with the sugar content at 13 gr/l, while Superiore indicates special selection of grapes and higher alcohol content. In the classic and picturesque zone of Valdobbiadene the hillside vineyards yield ripe Glera grapes, carefully transformed into the wine, that is famous all over the world. Dry red wine from the autochthonous Colorino grape of Tuscany. An Interesting wine obtained from the grape native to Tuscany. Colorino as the name suggests is characterized by intense color, almost ink. Therefore, it is often a supplement to other red wines, enhancing their color. This version is an excellent example of the expression of autochthonous wine.

Barolo Bussia

A dry red wine of Piedmont‘s native grape, Nebbiolo. Bussia is the name of a Cru, a small vineyard planted with Nebbiolo, located between the towns of Barolo and Monforte to the east. Morenic soils with the layers of dark clay and sandy marl make the grapes of Nebbiolo have an intense aromatic and chromatic potential. The hand set in the end of October and period of ageing for more than 24 months results in an elegant and noble Nebbiolo. With age its shimmering ruby red color obtains orange reflections, the wine becomes extremely harmonious, subtle and rich. Gentle notes of rose and violet take the second place to more marked aromas of liquorice, pepper and cinnamon. It is worth to age it for several years to discover the whole richness of great wine of Piedmont, however you can now savour the2008 vintage. The bottle should be opened several hours before serving. An excellent wine to meditate.
