Dry red wine made from Piedmontese native Ruche grape. The classic growing zone of this grape variety is made up of several towns in the province of Asti, among which Castagnole Monferrato. Its origins are uncertain, but this wine is known by an intense aroma bouquet with notes of rose and violet. For many years this grape variety was known only locally, then was almost forgotten, only in the 80-s of the XX century Ruche regained its place among original and unique wines of Piedmont.

Dry white sparkling wine from the Chardonnay variety, belonging to the typology of Franciacorta. It is a type of wine whose fermentation process takes place according to the classical method of producing champagne, was used in the Champagne region in France and in the Cava region in Spain. Franciacorta is a small area located in the Lombardy region around Brescia. Thanks to the favorable climate and soil conditions the local winemakers produce highest quality sparkling wines here, mainly from Chardonnay. As a result of the fact that the time of maturation of the wine on yeasts is extremely long, from 18 to 60 months, Franciacorta is considered one of the best sparkling wines in the whole world. A dry red wine from Piedmont‘s native Nebbiolo grape. Next to Barolo, Barbaresco is the most famous wine of Piedmont, which is produced in three villages in the region - Barbaresco, Neive and Treiso. Our producer, Luigi Giordano, comes from Barbaresco. His vineyards are situated in the surrounding hills on the south and south-western slopes. Montestefano is the name of the oldest of the vineyards, which, thanks to iits deal exposition to the sun and location on the south, gives the perfect grapes. Their harvest done manually, the long fermentation process of wine and its ageing result in the creation of an outstanding Barbaresco. It ages in large Slovenian oak barrels for 24 months and for another 12 months in the bottle .

Dry white wine from the native Tuscan grape variety, Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Vernaccia s one of the oldest vines in Italy, the first mention of it comes from the Middle Ages. The name comes from the Latin Vernaculum, which means local. Vernaccia of San Gimignano is the most famous wine of the species. Tradizionale - a traditional vinification method is based on a long maceration of the grapes in contact with the skins, so that comes out their maximum natural flavor and aromas.

Very nice flavor, with a velvety texture and nicely marked fruit.

A dry white sparkling wine of the autochthonous Glera grape variety of Veneto. This variety of wine is called Prosecco and is a very popular sparkling wine among Italians and also connoisseurs throughout the whole world. Thanks to its lightness and freshness the wine is an indispensable companion to aperitifs and all kinds of celebrations. The Prosecco made by Ornella belongs to the Millesimato category, that is the vintage on 2011. This wine is delicately dry and its sugar content is between 12 and 20gr/l (Extra Dry). The grapes of the Glera grape type come from the Prosecco DOC zone.
