A dry white wine made from local grape varieties cultivated in the Colli Euganei zone. This picturesque zone to the south of Padova generates delicate and pleasant white wines. Unique microclima and features of volcanic soils provide perfect conditions for vineyards, therefore the combinations of local grape varieties into a wine called Colli Euganei Bianco is a guarantee of freshness and aroma. An ideal accompaniment with fish and white meats. In summer properly cooled suits very well also with aperitif.

Dry white sparkling wine of the Chardonnay variety that belongs to the typology of Franciacorta. For the category ‘Pas Dose’ the yeast-aging period is 40 months. Pas Dose‘ is the French for ‘dosage zero‘ meaning a very dry wine with its sugar content below 3g/l. Shortly before bottling, after the long period of refermentation in the bottle, no cane sugar or wine or distillate is added to it. Besides the compostion of these additions is often a secret of producer. As they were not blended in this version of Franciacorta, the wine is clear and expressed.

Dry red wine, Nebbiolo grape. Another version of the wine of Valtellina Superiore denomination called Crespino. The name means that the maturation period of Rosehip coincides with the set of Nebbiolo grapes. This wine has been aged for 15 months in small French oak barrels and then for several months in the bottle. Depending on the quality of the vintage the producer decides to make Crespino, a powerful wine with a great structure.

A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Nebbiolo, with Lampia and Michet varieties, originating from a single vineyard called Sarmassa. The area of this zone borders the town of La Morra, characterized by the soil composed mainly of marls, so called marls of Saint Agatha, which give the wine fairly raw, but with excellent structure and great potential to age. Virna’s Barolo Sarmassa ages for 18 months in French oak barrels and casks, after that in stainless steel and for 6 months in the bottle. The 2015 vintage is considered very good as regards Barolo wines, Sarmassa will certainly maintain its potential for many years, however it’s advisable to taste it now and compare after a few years, to discover its longevity and understand its evolution.

Aroma: fresh, notes of red fruits with balsamic notes and gentle vanilla alternated.

A dry red wine of native Puglia grape Negroamaro. Puglian rosé wines are highly appreciated by connoisseurs and lovers of this variety of wine. The Spinello dei Falconi has a big potential of aromas and tastes, it is a beautifully structured wine with marked fruit. With lower acidity the wine can be alternative for white wines, being an elegant accompaniment with fish and seafood.

Dry red wine of the autochthonous grapes of Veneto, Corvina Veronese, Corvinone i Rondinella. Amarone is a noble variety of Valpolicella, the most famous wine of the region. The strength and aromas of Amarone result from a special production technique of this wine. Ripe grapes are subjected to the process of drying in special air-conditioned rooms. In January or February following the harvest they undergo the process of fermentation and ageing in wood for over a year. This is a demanding wine, which goes well with rich-texture dishes based on meat and sauces.
Color: deep garnet, shimmering.
Aroma: intense, complex, ethereal, notes of cherry in alcohol and sweet spices.
Flavor: warm, velvety, harmonious.
Food matching: ideal for meat-based dishes, mainly beef, roast and braised meats, also in its own gravy, with game.

Dry red wine made from native Tuscany grapes Sangiovese and Colorino. Another Chianti from the sub-zone Rufina made by Dreolino, this, however, is a reserve Chianti Rufina of the 2016 year. A strong and concentrated wine, that matures for 2 years in small oak barrels called barriques. Reminding of ripe red fruits, full and elegant taste, with long finish. Like all the other Riservas is made only in the best vintages, so it will taste good even after a few years. Best with game: boar, pheasant, hare or long seasoned cheeses.

Dry white wine of native Piedmont grape Arneis. It comes from the left bank of the river Tanaro, Roero zone. Sandy soils with marly layers typical for this area are favorable for growing white grapes. In the Piedmontese dialect Arneis is a person with extraordinary temperament. Similarly, this wine tastes - expressive, strong and distinctive.

Dry red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Catelvetro is characterized by intense fruity-winey notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, this is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The secco or dry version is a classic of Lambrusco. The wine, light and pleasant to drink, goes well with the local cuisine of Modena as well with cured meats and fatty dishes like shank of veal or hand of pork.
