A dry white wine from the native Veneto grape Manzoni Bianco. It owes its name to a Venetian scientist Luigi Manzoni which between 1930 and 1935 made a cross of Pinot Bianco and Resling Renano. The wine combines the elegance of Pinot Bianco with the aromatic wealth of Resling.
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: delicate, aromatic, scent with honey notes.
Flavor: dry, mineral, rounded.
Food matching: best with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, delicate cheeses and fish.

A dry red wine from Tuscan indigenous grape Sangiovese. A splendid Riserva vintage 2011 from special selection of Sangiovese grapes originating from a single vineyard called Tenuta La Gabbiola. It’s a classic Chianti, made with care, with organic wine certificate. The 2011 vintage was very good in Tuscany, some say it was a classic year, therefore it was possible to produce Riserva. Aged for 20 months in 2500 litre oak casks. The wine reflects the power and finesse of great Tuscan grape. Soft structure, power of alcohol and depth of aromas combine into the one whole. The lovers of classic Tuscan wines surely will be satisfied.

Aroma: intense, long lasting, notes of cherry, blackberry, violet, iris with accents of spices and tobacco.
Flavor: warm, soft, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with ragout lasagna, grilled meats, Florence steak, roast meat with sauce, all kinds of pork (also roast piglet).

Dry sweet wine of Campanian grape called Moscato Bianco. White Moscato locally called Moscatelo comes from vineyards located in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The aromatic grape of Moscato is also naturalized here, on clayey-calcareous soils and sunny vineyards in the south. The harvest is done the end of September the beginning of October, when Moscato grapes are very ripe. From grapes full of natural sweetness is obtained an excellent wine in the passito version. This term signifies the fermentation technique called in Italian appassimento that is drying of collected grapes on special racks in air-ventilated rooms. After the harvest grapes concentrate aromatic potential for more than a month and next are transformed into wine. The passito of our producer was aged for six months in wood.

Aroma: aromatic, complex, notes of ripe grapes, raisins, honey.
Flavor: sweet, velvety.
Food matching: excellent with desserts based on dry biscuits and cookies, gorgonzola-type cheese and Roquefort. Equally good as a wine for meditation and after the meal..

A dry white wine from the Sauvignon grape. This semi aromatic grape variety of French origin is well naturalized in Eastern Veneto like Chardonnay. Sauvignon from the line Ornella Bellia is distinguished by intensive, aromatic bouquet, but is a delicate wine that goes well with dishes of regional cuisine based on seafood.

A dry red wine made from Pinot Nero grapes. The main advantage of Pinot Nero, a grape variety originating in France, is its delicacy and finesse. This Venetian version of the popular grape variety also retains all these characteristics. As it is not aged in wood, its main advantage is the freshness of the fruit. It goes perfectly with many meat-based dishes, both white and red.

Flavor: velvety, moderately tannic.

Dry white wine of Campanian native Greco grape. It comes from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Monte Taburno, the Taburno Mount, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. As its name suggests, the wine was brought along by the Greeks to ancient Italy. Thus, this grape variety was already known in ancient times, Virgil and Pliny wrote about its merits. The Sannio zone, with many areas rich in minerals, is suitable for growing of these noble white grapes, collected in autumn in October. This is a wine with rich and elegant structure, unusually original.
Color: straw yellow, shimmering.
Aroma: complex, notes of citrus, apricot and peach.
Flavor: soft, mineral, elegant.
Food matching: perfect with white meat- and fish-based aromatic dishes and sauces, cream and thick vegetable dishes, boiled vegetables.

A dry red wine made from the indigenous Tuscan Ciliegiolo grape variety. While Tuscany is associated with the ubiquitous Sangiovese, which produces elegant and powerful wines, there are also oenological “gems” such as Ciliegiolo. Known since Etruscan times, it thrives in the sunny vineyards of the Tuscan coast. The name of this grape variety is associated with “ciliegia” – Italian for cherry, and indeed, the first sip of wine brings to mind crisp, juicy summer cherries. It is incredibly pleasant, appealing with its beautiful color and delicacy. Unaged in wood, Ciliegiolo goes very well with many dishes, while for those who break with convention, it is recommended as an accompaniment to fish, mainly tuna, and even seafood salads.

Flavor: full-bodied, rich, fresh.
