A dry red wine from Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, Emilia‘s native grape. Our partner from surroundings of Modena decided to invest in biological agriculture. After many efforts and hard work was created a new Lambrusco with a nice label projected by children and called Passion. Without this label there wouldn‘t granted a certificate for biological agriculture and the wine wouldn‘t be invented. The main merit of biological winemaking lies in a very small amount of sulphur dioxide in wines derived from the vineyards, where chemical and synthetic additives are not used.

Dry red wine of Nebbiolo grapes. It comes from the mountainous region of Lombardy, Valtellina, with terraced vineyards, from the subzone of Grumello. The wine and zone name comes from the name of the castle located there, built in the twelfth century. The characteristics of the climate and soil in Grumello, makes the wine from the local vineyards is characterized by freshness and so called. Bevibilita, which means drinkable or rather pleasure of savoring the wine. It is a very good variety of Valtellina, from the Superiore category indicating a higher alcohol content. The wine aged for two years in large Slovenian oak barrels and then in the bottle, thus is characterized by depth and good structure

Dry white wine from Chardonnay. The French grape variety is very well settled in the Piedmont and the local farmers willingly grown it at their vineyards. The practical packaging Bag in Box is a guarantee of freshness of the wine, even after it opened, the contents of the carton can be consumed up to 6 months.

Dry red wine of Campania‘s native Piedirosso grape. It comes from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Monte Taburno, the Taburno Mount, in the province of Benevento. Besides famous Aglianico, this ancient grape variety is one of the most typical Campanian vines. The original dialectal name, Per e‘palummo, literally means dove‘s foot with its characteristic redish color, similarly the color of the steam and bunches of the Piedirosso. This wine is not aged in wood, nicely dry and soft, with a beautifully marked fruit note. An interesting native wine, worth testing with food.

Sweet red wine from the indigenous Primitivo di Manduria grape. The only one of 4 Puglias’s DOCGs established in 2011 that belongs to a naturally sweet variety of Primitivo called “dolce natural”. This unique wine is made thanks to the natural vinification process, the very sweet grapes remain on the vine trees until the middle of September, then are hand-picked and dried in appropriately ventilated rooms to accumulate high sugar content (50g/l). The wine has a beautiful aroma of ripe fruit and its taste delights by natural, fresh sweetness.
Color: ruby red with violet hues.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of violet, forest fruit, black currant.
Flavor: soft, fresh, slightly honey, a hint of elegant tannins.
Food matching: to meditate, also an excellent accompaniment to shortcrust pastries and almond biscuits.

A sweet white desert wine made from the Malvasia Bianca and Trebbiano Toscano grapes. The wine is obtained by a special technique in Italian called appasimento - drying of ripe grapes in air-conditioned rooms, where they remain for several months (but no later than 31-st March following the harvest) and concentrate natural sugars. Next they undergo the usual process of vinification and the wine obtained in this way is subjected to long-term ageing for a period of about 4 years in wooden barrels with capacity of up to 5 hl. The name Vin Santo, holy wine, refers to the tradition of wine production falling on the Holy Week before Easter.
Color: amber, lustrous - brilliant.
Aroma: ripe fruit, dates, ripe apricots, nuts, honey and almonds.
Flavor: sweet, velvety.
Food matching: to delicious desserts, cakes, pastries and cheeses, a gorgonzola or Roquefort.

Dry red wine from the indigenous Tuscan grape Colorino. An Interesting wine obtained from a grape native to Tuscany. Colorino as the name suggests is characterized by intense color, almost ink. Therefore, it is often a supplement to other red wines, enhancing their color. This version is an excellent example of the expression of autochthonous wine.
Color: deep red, almost grenade.
Aroma: ink notes.
Flavor: delicate and elegant.
Food matching: ideal for appetizers based on cured meats, light meat dishes.

A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Nebbiolo, with Lampia and Michet varieties, originating from a single vineyard called Sarmassa. The area of this zone borders the town of La Morra, characterized by the soil composed mainly of marls, so called marls of Saint Agatha, which give the wine fairly raw, but with excellent structure and great potential to age. Virna’s Barolo Sarmassa ages for 18 months in French oak barrels and casks, after that in stainless steel and for 6 months in the bottle. The 2015 vintage is considered very good as regards Barolo wines, Sarmassa will certainly maintain its potential for many years, however it’s advisable to taste it now and compare after a few years, to discover its longevity and understand its evolution.
Color: very intense ruby red.
Aroma: fresh, notes of red fruits with balsamic notes and gentle vanilla alternated.
Flavor: raw, full, rich, tannic.
Food Matching: ideal for dishes based on meat, excellent with beef steaks, long seasoned chesses.

A dry white wine of Pecorino. This interesting white grape variety has its classical zone in the neighboring region of Marche, but it is also well naturalized in hillside vineyards in the Colli Aprutini zone. Pecorino from Colonnella is a well-structured wine with a pleasant aroma note, fresh and full in the mouth.
Color: straw yellow with goldish reflections.
Aroma: aromatic, intense, notes of apple and gooseberry.
Flavor: soft, balanced.
Food matching: ideal with fish-based dishes, linguine with mussels, also white meat.

Dry red wine made from Piedmontese native Ruche grape. The classic growing zone of this grape variety is made up of several towns in the province of Asti, among which Castagnole Monferrato. Its origins are uncertain, but this wine is known by an intense aroma bouquet with notes of rose and violet. For many years this grape variety was known only locally, then was almost forgotten, only in the 80-s of the XX century Ruche regained its place among original and unique wines of Piedmont.
