Medium-dry red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Castelvetro is characterized by intense winey and fruity notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, it is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The semisecco or medium-dry version is great match for the main course and desserts.
Color: intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Aroma: aromatic, intense, winey, notes of ripe forest fruit.
Flavor: fresh, soft, rounded.
Food matching: with dishes like meat stuffed dumplings, aromatic dishes based on meat roasts or game, desserts and fresh red fruit.

A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese with the addition of Canaiolo and Merlot. I Casali is the name of a vineyard from which originate the grapes used to make this wine. A high-quality, classic Chianti, characterized by all the merits of the grape – freshness, ripe fruit and gentle tannins. The grapes, collected manually, are carefully transformed into wine, which then matures for 12 months in 2500 litre oak casks. Our producer doesn’t intentionally use barriques to highlight beautiful cherry and violet notes of Sangiovese. Very drinkable.

A dry red wine of the native Puglia grape Negroamaro. Extremely pleasant wine originating from the surroundings of the provinces of Taranto and Brindisi, awarded on the wine festivals (Merano wine festival edition 2014). The name Arunte refers to an Etruscan deity predicting the future with flying birds. Fruity, warm, long lasting in the mouth. Excellent as an accompaniment with beef casserole, roast lamb, beef sauces and sheep cheeses.
Color: intense burgundy.
Aroma: complex, notes of forest fruit, blueberry, plum jam.
Flavor: warm, soft, velvety.
Food matching: perfect with meat dishes, especially beef and lamb, sheep cheeses.

Dry white wine of Campanian indigenous grape called Agostinella. Comes from vineyards located in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. No doubt this is an oenological curiosity on the wine map of Italy. This ancient grape variety has always been known to owners of vineyards located in the surroundings of Benevento and Castelvenere, but completely unknown for a wide mass of wine lovers. Only during the last few years was popularized and became a focus for ampelographers - experts in the field of origin and classification of grape varieties. Agostinella is a wine with rich aroma notes, soft and very pleasant to the palate.
Color: straw yellow with goldish reflections.
Aroma: complex, notes of ripe pear and white peach.
Flavor: soft, fresh.
Food matching: excellent with highly flavored dishes, white roast meats and oven-baked fish.

Dry red wine from the native Tuscany grape Sangiovese. Several years ago some Tuscan winemakers started making their Chianti Classico Gran Selezione in the best vintages. These wines are carefully crafted in every detail, starting from the quality of grapes, selected first in the vineyard and then in the winery. The yield is 45 quintals per hectare. The grapes picked only by hand are gathered to 10kg cases. After the fermentation and prolonged maceration of the fruits with the most, which is done in big oak casks. The wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon is transferred into small French oak barrels used for second time, part of the wine made from Sangiovese matures in equally big barrels, but used for second and third time. The ageing time in wood, depending on the vintage, takes from 14 to 18 months. Gran Selezione is a great wine for special occasions. Extremely elegant, noble and harmonious.

Food matching: with beef dishes, ideal for bistecca alla fiorentina or beef steak.

A dry red wine of Basilicata’s native grape, Aglianico del Vulture. Another Aglianico made from a selection of grapes collected at the end of October from vineyards situated on volcanic-clayey soils. After ageing for 18 months in small French oak barrels it’s a wine of a perfect structure and very fresh at the same time. The name “Bottaia” signifying “a cellar with barrels” refers to the already mentioned place, where this noble wine ages and matures. It’s already outstanding now, but after two or three years it will taste even better.
Color: ruby red with orange reflections, shimmering.
Aroma: complex, rich, notes of cherry jam, vanilla, pepper.
Flavor: warm, harmonious, tannic.
Food matching: excellent with meat-based dishes, also grilled meat.

A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape. The documentary evidence of this variety dates from the XVIII century. Besides the Sangiovese it is one of the most popular red varieties in Central Italy. The Colline Teramane subzone, Italian for the hills around Teramo, was granted the DOCG status in 2003 and the quality or the wines from here is obtained thanks to the favorable microclimate and vicinity to the Adriatic Sea. An excellent 2007 vintage made it possible to create an equally good riserva made from a careful selection of grapes, full-bodied and extremely fruity. It was aged in wood and for a few months in the bottle.

Aroma: rich, complex, notes of cherry, red currant, cocoa, liquorice.
Flavor: warm, soft, harmonious.

Originating from three vineyards - Meleto, Casi and Poggiarso. This wine was subjected to ageing for 12 months in 5400-litres Slovenian oak casks.Chianti Classico at its best, perfect harmony of fruit and freshness of Sangiovese skillfully combined with elegance and finesse of wood. A wine with potential to age.
