Dry white wine of Campanian native Greco grape. It comes from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Monte Taburno, the Taburno Mount, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. As its name suggests, the wine was brought along by the Greeks to ancient Italy. Thus, this grape variety was already known in ancient times, Virgil and Pliny wrote about its merits. The Sannio zone, with many areas rich in minerals, is suitable for growing of these noble white grapes, collected in autumn in October. This is a wine with rich and elegant structure, unusually original.

A dry red wine of the autochthonous Refosco dal Peduncolo grape variety of Veneto. The name of the grape literally means a bunch of grapes in dark red color. The grape has been widely known since the Roman times and is inseparably linked with the territory of so called Three Venetos. Refosco is a wine that has a beautiful and intensive color. It is not aged in wood, because its value is freshness and vivacity. The Refosco from Ornella comes from the trimmed and sunny vineyards of the Lison Pramaggiore zone.

On the other hand refers to the natural sweetness of the Dolcetto grapes. Thanks to its lightness the wine tastes especially the ladies and in addition goes well with practically every meal, provided that they are not heavy and structural dishes.

Dry red wine from the indigenous Venetian grapes, Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Molinara and Rondinella. A dry red wine of the native Piedmontese Nebbiolo grape. It is a refined version of Barbaresco from the Montestefano vineyard, because Riserva is made only in the best years. Certainly the year 2006 belongs to them, as for Piemonte is qualified as an elegant, hence the choice of the manufacturer to make a wine with enhanced flavor values and strong structure. The Barbaresco Riserva Montestefano was aged in large barrels for 36 months and then in the bottle. This is a very elegant wine with deep red brilliant color that with age presents orange hues.

A dry red wine of Piedmont‘s native grape, Nebbiolo. Bussia is the name of a Cru, a small vineyard planted with Nebbiolo, located between the towns of Barolo and Monforte to the east. Morenic soils with the layers of dark clay and sandy marl make the grapes of Nebbiolo have an intense aromatic and chromatic potential. The hand set in the end of October and period of ageing for more than 24 months results in an elegant and noble Nebbiolo. With age its shimmering ruby red color obtains orange reflections, the wine becomes extremely harmonious, subtle and rich. Gentle notes of rose and violet take the second place to more marked aromas of liquorice, pepper and cinnamon. It is worth to age it for several years to discover the whole richness of great wine of Piedmont, however you can now savour the2008 vintage. The bottle should be opened several hours before serving. An excellent wine to meditate.

A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape. The documentary evidence of this variety dates from the XVIII century. Besides the Sangiovese it is one of the most popular red varieties in Central Italy. The Colline Teramane subzone, Italian for the hills around Teramo, was granted the DOCG status in 2003 and the quality or the wines from here is obtained thanks to the favorable microclimate and vicinity to the Adriatic Sea. An excellent 2007 vintage made it possible to create an equally good riserva made from careful selection of grapes, full-bodied and extremely fruity. It was aged in wood and for a few months in the bottle.

Dry red wine of the indigenous Primitivo di Manduria grape. An outstanding Primitivo beautifully called “Mare” or the Sea. The vineyards are located in the vicinity of the Ionic Sea, in the sandy soils alternating with the calcareous ones. It is a small area of land, where every work is done manually. The summer here is very hot and dry, with quite big day and night temperature differences, thanks to these factors the grapes contain a big potential of organic compounds – polyphenols. The presence of the sea makes the vine trees breath with salty air scenting of the Mediterranean Maquis. All these unique aromas are also present in the wine. The harvest is done early, until the middle of August, the wine after a short period of maturing in stainless steel ages for a few months in wood. Also “Mare” was awarded a gold medal in the competition Berliner Wine Trophy 2014 and received an award in Vinitaly 2014.
