Red wine with a strong personality obtained only by the vinification of selected grapes from the smallest, most rocky areas of the Valtellina Superiore territories. Manual harvest on the third week of October.At the end of a slow maceration, it matures for almost two years in Slavonian oak barrels. After which, it refines in bottles, in our cellars for at least 1 year before it is marketed.It’s a well-structured and elegant red wine, expressing itself at its best after 3-4 years of maturation.

Dry red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Catelvetro is characterized by intense fruity-winey notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, this is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The secco or dry version is a classic of Lambrusco. The wine, light and pleasant to drink, goes well with the local cuisine of Modena as well with cured meats and fatty dishes like shank of veal or hand of pork.

Dry white wine of Campanian indigenous grape called Agostinella. Comes from vineyards located in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. No doubt this is an oenological curiosity on the wine map of Italy. This ancient grape variety has always been known to owners of vineyards located in the surroundings of Benevento and Castelvenere, but completely unknown for a wide mass of wine lovers. Only during the last few years was popularized and became a focus for ampelographers - experts in the field of origin and classification of grape varieties. Agostinella is a wine with rich aroma notes, soft and very pleasant to the palate.

A dry pink sparkling wine made of native Valtelina grapes, Nebbiolo, Pignola, Rossola. A sparkler made by metodo classico or refermentation on the yeast, from the 2009 vintage, which was very good. Part of the base wine matures in small French oak barrels used for second or third time, part in stainless steel. Two parts of the wine are blended together and then begins a long and careful process of refermentation in the bottle for 60 months. Aldo Rainoldi makes excellent red wines, and this Cuvee is a lush sparkling wine made from a careful selection of grapes originating from the terraced vineyards of Valtelina situated 600 m above sea level. „Nature” is a very dry wine, elegant and solemn at the same time. Dry white wine with native Veneto grape Garganega. Originating from hilly vineyards situated in morenic soil around Verona in the Veneto region, Garganega is an example of an original native wine with a fairly strong structure and interesting aroma notes. With moderate acidity, the wine does well exactly in this part of Italy, in the provinces of Verona, Vicenza, Padua. The name „Dogana Veneta” (Venetian Border) relates to a famous building erected in the Venetian Republic times in the town of Lazise at Lake Garda, pointing border between Lombardy and Veneto.

A dry red wine made of native Campania grape Aglianico. It’s a variety called Aglianico of Taurasi, a noble clone of the grape naturalized in 17 towns in the zone of Irpinia. The vineyards are situated 400-700 m above sea level, while Irpinia’s terroir is favorable to this ancient grape, not without reason called „the Barolo of the south”. Deep color, rich aromas, powerful tannins make Taurasi one of best Italian wines. Hand-picked grapes were vinified for more than one year in small French oak barrels, then the wine matured for two years in bottle. With age it is better, developing its aromas and refining powerful tannins.
