Dry red wine made from the autochthonous Grignolino grape of Piedmont. The dialect name grignole means grape seeds and refers to the lightness of the wine and the distinctive pale red color. Wine traditionally associated with Piedmont and very popular among its residents. Italian wine expert, Luigi Veronelli, wrote of it as an anarchic wine, as the Grignolino grape is difficult to grow, responding to changing weather conditions. Its advantage is the richness of aromas and good structure, some vintages highlight their advantages after maturing a few years in the bottle. It is also a wine not aged in wood, so it retains its originality and vitality.

A dry red wine of Piedmont‘s native grape, Barbera. Comes from the very heart of Monferrato located in the province of Asti. It‘s a basic version of Barbera, not aged in wood. A fresh and gently fruity red, excellent with every meal, mainly meat based dishes and meat sauces.

A dry white wine of Malvasia Lucana (the White Malvasia of Basilicata). Apart from Moscato the White Malvasia of Basilicata is another aromatic grape from which is made excellent white wine. The aroma of fresh fruits and mallow combine harmoniously with freshness of wine. Careful selection of grapes and maceration of grape skins with must make this wine is drunk with pleasure. A delicate and fine Malvasia, moderate dry.

Dry red wine of Campanian native grape variety called Aglianico. This wine named Barolo of the south not without reason is compared to the great wine of Piedmont. Aglianico is an ancient grape, naturalized in the south part of Italy since centuries. It was introduced here by the Greeks, and received its name from the word Elleanico. Aglianico of our producer comes from vineyards situated in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The local clone of this grape is called Aglianico del Taburno and is characterized by the best quality among the grape family of Aglianico. The volcanic and sandy soils and big temperature differences between day and night are suitable for its growing. Such vinegrowing conditions are provided in the Sannio zone. The local Aglianico is ripe at the end of October and the harvest is done during November. It is a wine with a big potential for ageing. With time enhances its values and broadens an array of aromas. Aglianico del Sannio was aged for six months in wood barrels and for the following six months in the bottle.

A dry white wine from the Pinot Grigio grape variety. The Pinot grape family of French origin is well naturalized in the mild climate of Estern Veneto. The local Pinot Grigio wine with slightly fruity and floral notes is distinguished by good structure. As other wines from our producer Pinot Grigio was fermenting in contact with noble remains of grapes for several months.

A dry white wine of Passerina, Abruzzo‘s native grape. An indigenous monovarietal wine from the zone Colli Aprutini, located in the province of Teramo, in the north of the region along the coast of the Adriatic sea. With goldish reflections Passerina is an extremely pleasant and soft wine that delights by its delicateness as well as good structure.

Flavor: soft, fresh, harmonious.
Food matching: ideal with fish-based dishes, also white meats.

Dry red wine made from native Tuscany grapes Sangiovese and Canaiolo. Apart from high quality wines in the range of Dreolino there are also table wines, ideal with lunch or supper. A fresh aroma and a delicate fruity note make it a pleasant wine to enjoy with food.

Dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese. The best selection of Sangiovese grapes and careful vinification gives the wine a beautiful color and wonderful scents. It matures for 18 months in small French oak barrels and a further three years in the bottle. A wine for a special occasion.

Dry red wine from native Tuscany grape Prugnolo Gentile with the addition of Merlot. This is the basic version of the noble wine Nobile, subjected to a shorter half-year aging in French oak barrels. It is thus a delicate wine, but marked by gentle fruit and good structure.
Color: red ruby, lively.
Aroma: vinous, ripe plum, violet.
Flavor: velvety, harmonious and elegant.
Food matching: dishes based on red meats and roasts, meat pasta sauces.

A dry red wine of Basilicata’s native grape, Aglianico del Vulture. Another Aglianico made from a selection of grapes collected at the end of October from vineyards situated on volcanic-clayey soils. After ageing for 18 months in small French oak barrels it’s a wine of a perfect structure and very fresh at the same time. The name “Bottaia” signifying “a cellar with barrels” refers to the already mentioned place, where this noble wine ages and matures. It’s already outstanding now, but after two or three years it will taste even better.
Color: ruby red with orange reflections, shimmering.
Aroma: complex, rich, notes of cherry jam, vanilla, pepper.
Flavor: warm, harmonious, tannic.
