A dry white wine made from the native Campania grape Falanghina originating from the province of Benevento. A wine with a gentle name and rich profile of aromas and flavors. Like other local Campanian white grapes Falanghina gives well-structured wines. Low acidity but gently crisp, hard to put the glass back down, great match with fish and sea-food.

Color: straw yellow with goldish hues.

Aroma: gently fruity, notes of peach and pineapple.

Flavor: dry, crisp, expressed.

Food matching: excellent with fish and sea-food, especially „pesce all’acqua pazza” oven-baked fish with the addition of small tomatoes and aromatic spices, also white meats in sauce.

A sweet white sparkling wine with Moscato Giallo (Yellow Moscato). The only wine in the whole zone belonging to DOCG category. Naturally sweet wine with a beautiful name, Fior d’Arancio (Orange Blossom). Like other wines made from aromatic grape Moscato it is naturally sweet and has beautiful aromas, namely of orange blossom and ripe grape bunch. Supporters of sweet wines will be satisfied, it is in the top of Italian sweet wines. More famous locally than internationally, however awarded in many famous wine competitions like Decanter World Award and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. Piedmonte boast of Moscato d’Asti, while Venetians savour their “Orange Blossom”.

Dry white wine of the autochthonous Coda di Volpe grape of Campania. It comes from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The name of the grape variety, literally meaning fox`s tail, is related to the shape of grape cluster. Characterized by a well-marked mineral, almost salty, note, this ancient grape variety, strongly linked to Sannites` territory, is expression of this zone. There was a time when it was used only in a blend with other white grapes, but today established itself as a single-variety wine.

Aroma: complex, notes of white fruit, ripe melon.
Flavor: dry, fresh, mineral.
Food matching: perfect with fish- and sea food-based dishes, oven-baked and grilled fish, with vegetables in delicate sauce.

A dry white wine made from native Sicily grape Grillo. Another autochthonous white wine of Sicily, equally aromatic and fresh. It’s a perfect accompaniment with fish-based dishes and sea food.

Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: aromatic, notes of citrus, nettle and mint.
Flavor: soft, mineral.
Food matching: excellent with olive oil-fried sardines in breadcrumbs with capers, almonds, parsley and olives; raw fish and crustaceans.

Dry red wine with native grape Schiava Gentile. It is a typical red grape variety of the region of Alto Adige. The area of Lago di Caldaro Scelto is the classic growing zone of Schiava and means special selection of grapes grown in the hilly vineyards located around the towns of Apiano and Caldaro. The name of the grape from the Italian Schiava means slave and associate it with the fact that in the past its vine was linked to a wooden pole. Extremely pleasant, delighting by freshness of fruit, light with strong character.

Color: light ruby red.
Aroma: delicate, rich, notes of cherry, violet, walnut.
Flavor: gentle, soft, with almond finish .
Food matching: goes well with cured meats such as speck, also with fresh cheese, pizza, canderli with speck.
Serving temperature: 12°/14ºC.

A dry red wine of Basilicata’s native grape, Aglianico del Vulture. Another Aglianico  made from a selection of grapes collected at the end of October from vineyards situated on volcanic-clayey soils. After ageing for 18 months in small French oak barrels it’s a wine of a perfect structure and very fresh at the same time. The name “Bottaia” signifying  “a cellar with barrels” refers to the already mentioned place, where this noble wine ages and matures. It’s already outstanding now, but after two or three years it will taste even better.

Color: ruby red with orange reflections, shimmering.

Aroma: complex, rich, notes of cherry jam, vanilla, pepper.

Flavor: warm, harmonious, tannic.

Food matching: excellent with meat-based dishes, also grilled meat.

Serving temperature: 18°/20°C.

A dry white wine of native Marche grape Pecorino . It originates from vineyards located in the south of the region near the town Ascoli Piceno. The name, pecora in Italian sheep, probably refers to the fact that vineyards were situated in high pastures, from which the herds of sheep were moving to the plains, according to the seasons. In the II century BC Cato classified the variety, he wrote that it was introduced to Italy by the Greeks originating from the surroundings of Salonika. The Falerio is obtained from careful selection of hand-picked grapes. The wine was fermented for a few months on the skins called fece nobili or fine lees.

Aroma: rich, complex, notes of flowers and ripe fruits.
Flavor: fresh, mineral, long lingering aftertaste.
Food matching: excellent with fish, seafood, consommé with noodles.

Dry white sparkling wine with Chardonnay, belonging to the category Franciacorta Millesimato or Vintage Champagne. Aged for 40 months on yeasts. Best grapes of Chardonnay derived form 25 years old vineyards and of Pinot Nero from 18 years old vines generate this elegant wine, worth tasting during special occasions.

Aroma: notes of ripe fruit, dried fruit, honey.
Perlage: delicate, numerous, long lasting.
Flavor: dry, fresh, mineral, velvety.
Food matching: very good as an aperitif and for dishes based on fish and seafood.

Dry red wine from the native Piedmont Barbera d‘Asti grape.                      This unusual Barbera, developed specifically for the 50th Anniversary of establishment of the Agricultural Cooperative Vinchio-Vaglio Serra, expresses the best of the vineyards located on the slopes of the villages Vinchio Vaglio Serra. Specially selected grapes from the oldest vineyards, 60-and 80-year old as indicated by the name Vecchie Vigne - Old Vines - were subjected only to natural fermentation with no oak barrel aging. The result was an excellent wine, which gives the impression of a vinous nectar.

Color: ruby red, intense.
Aroma: notes of ripe cherries, plums, dried fruit.
Flavor: velvety, full, long-lasting in the mouth.
Food matching very good for dishes based on meat and mushroom sauces; roast, stewed and grilled meats, venison; seasoned, blue, spicy cheeses, cheese with herbs.
